Based on analyzing the deficiency that traditional QFD which adopted exact digital scale cannot tackle the fuzzy problem effectively, according to linguistic variable expression style of HOQ input information and subjective evaluation way of HOQ constructing process, the comprehensive theoretic framework of fuzzy HOQ is founded. Surrounding each part of data fuzzing in building and analyzing process of HOQ and decision-making research of HOQ in the fuzzy environment, resolution methods are studied.

本文在分析传统质量功能配置方法采用精确数字标度无法有效处理模糊性问题的不足基础上，基于质量屋输入信息的语言变量表达形式和质量屋构建过程的主观评估方式，建立了完整的模糊质量屋理论框架，并围绕质量屋建立与分析中各部分的信息模糊化处理以及模糊环境下的质量屋决策研究解决方法。

本文针对软件开发项目管理的特点和环境，分析比较了各种开发方法，吸收了软件工程、项目管理、面向对象方法与技术、系统工程、人工智能、分布式网络管理系统、特征及映射技术等领域的知识，提出了基于Agent的软件开发项目管理方法，对基于Agent的软件开发项目的系统分析、系统设计以及程序编制等方面进行了深入研究，并且采用可视化统一建模语言来自动生成基于Agent的应用程序模型。

According to the degrees of PSC they have,Shanghai-accented Mandarin interlanguage are classified into four stages as elementary ,intermediate ,intermediate-advanced and advanced.Then the phonologies of Standard Mandarin and Shanghai-accented Mandarin interlanguage are compared in order to find out the phonological differences between these two dialects. Based on the statistical results, the writer chooses ten typical kinds of pronunciation errors of finals according to the rates of pronunciation errors of finals on stages.Then, the phonetic level analysis is made on them for the four stages respectively. Furthermore, acoustic features of vowels, diphthongs, triphthongs and vowels with nasal endings are analysized and compared by plotting vowel charts and formant patterns for them. Finally, the writer gets some preliminary results of the typical pronunciation errors of finals during the whole process of Shanghai-accented Mandarin interlanguage and on the stages of it respectively.

本文结合当前这种实际研究和应用的需要，以上海地区普通话过渡语为考察对象，从韵母发音偏误入手，借鉴第二语言习得研究中偏误分析和中介语研究的相关理论，采用实验语音学的方法，随机选取了80位上海地区不同普通话水平等级的应试人的应试录音和试卷作为本研究使用的语料，并将其分别对应于上海地区普通话过渡语的四个阶段，重点考察这80位处于不同阶段的应试人在测试的读单字部分的韵母发音偏误现象，通过对各阶段所有应试人的各类韵母发音偏误出现率的统计分析，展示出上海地区普通话学习者在韵母习得方面产生的偏误在过渡语各个阶段上的分布特点及趋势；再根据各阶段各韵母发音偏误率的统计结果，选取各阶段共同具有的十类主要的韵母发音偏误，分别绘制过渡语各阶段的偏误音声学元音舌位图或共振峰模式图，并与标准普通话中相应韵母的声学元音舌位图或共振峰模式图进行比较，从而展示出上海地区普通话学习者的主要韵母偏误类型在过渡语不同阶段上各自的声学特征、偏离标准音的程度和相关趋势，并从一定程度上反映了这一地区普通话学习者在韵母习得方面的能力发展轨迹，为普通话教学及培训中如何提高教学效率问题提供一定的参考依据，也为普通话水平测试各等级标准声学特征的建立，乃至为将来测试的计算机化提供了可靠的声学参数。

This paper sets forth the advantages of using MATLAB in the analysis of auto-control system in frequency domain, then it gives an representative second order system as an example, protracts the Bode plots and analyzes the influence of changing some parameters by using MATLAB, at last it expects the foreground of the application of MATLAB in control system.

首先通过对MATLAB语言特点的阐述，指出采用MATLAB进行控制系统频域分析存在的优势，然后以典型二阶系统为例，具体应用此软件完成了控制系统波德图的绘制和相关参数对系统性能影响的分析，最后对此软件在控制系统中广泛应用的前景进行了展望。

A APDL program is developed for analyzing the contact stress of journal bearing pair of roller cone bit. The 25 contact stress cases of different clearance fit(including clearance of large bearing is bigger, equal to and smaller than that of small bearing) journal bearing pair of the 8 1/2XXX roller cone bit are analyzed. The result is that the maximum contact stress is less when the clearance of large journal bearing pair is smaller than or equal to that of small journal bearing pair.

用参数化设计语言APDL编制了牙轮钻头滑动轴承的ANSYS接触有限元分析程序，根据钻头制造厂方提供的某8 1/2的轴承配合间隙尺寸，分三种不同的间隙配合（大轴间隙大于小轴间隙、大轴间隙等于小轴间隙、大轴间隙小于小轴间隙），共25种情况，对轴承的表面的接触应力进行了分析，得出：大轴间隙小于等于小轴间隙时最大应力比较小。

We try to explore whether mothers with different education could have an effect on children's pragmatic development in Chinese cultural settings. By using the framework of Children's Language Development of Harvard University, we had the statistics analysis of communication acts in 140 mother-child dyads, in which children were 36,42,48,54,60,66,72 months respectively in the quantitative research. Thus we found the general characteristics of language using of mother and children aged from 3 to 6 years old with different education in experimental circumstance.
