The paper bases on competency including personality, attitude, knowledge and skill of competency and so on. It adopts qualitative index and quantitative index and assesses the attitude, achievement, ability and potential across-the-aboard. The paper draws on fuzzy synthesis decision, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy approximation and factors weight design and so on in fuzzy mathematic by dint of the research about management by objective, 360 degree feedback, key process indication and balance score card. We establish performance assessment index based on competency model and distribute different weigh. We can set the weight of different assessment index. At the same time, we must set assessment relation and corresponding weight considering different people. We also assign different weight to every assessment factors according to the require of corporation. Then we can go on assessing more particularly and compressively.

本文采用非线性全过程分析方法，采用C++语言编制了不等肢异形柱截面曲率延性比的计算程序，首先计算了不等肢T形、L形和十字形柱在792种工况下的截面曲率延性比，在此基础上分析了影响不等肢异形柱截面延性的最不利荷载方向的各种因素，并得出了这三种截面不等肢异形柱在上述工况下的截面延性最不利荷载方向。

My thesis is divided into three chapters: In the first chapter, I mainly present the excavations of Oxyrhynchus, the discovery of the Hellenica Oxyrhynchia, the author, the organization, the style and the vocabulary of the Hellenica Oxyrhynchia as well as the time of writing and the scope of the content.In the second chapter, I mainly analyze the war at Ephesus, Megara and Notium recorded in the Cairo Fragment and Florence Fragment and compare them with other historian\'s records.In the third chapter, I analyze the contents of London Fragment item by item and compare the parallel records with the other historian\'s. I mainly discuss the prosperity of Thebes and the fall of Athens in the Peloponnesian War, the constitution of Boeotia, the recovery of Athens after the Peloponnesian War, the consolidation of Spartan hegemony, the Corinthian War, the democratic revolution of Rhodes, the relationship between Persia and the Greek City States, the political conflict inside the Greek City States, etc.

To fulfill the requirements of reliability, extensibility and adaptability, this dissertation proposes a Holon-based control architecture for flexible manufacturing shop floor using a bottom-up design approach. The inner structure of component Holon, the relationships of data and functions among Holons, the model of message transfer and the basic specification of communication language are described in detail. Then, from the aspect of software architecture, a formal description and analysis of the proposed architecture is conducted by First-order Polyadic pi-Calculus.

In particular, it is unknown how the relevant neural substrates function as a network to mediate perspective-taking during the task requiring understanding other's belief. The current work first developed a new psychological paradigm that excludes potential confounds such as the processing of language, biological motion, episodic memory and causal coherence in the paradigms used in previous studies. I recorded neural activities associated with mental inference task using functional magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalography in order to investigate the functional roles of several brain areas (i.e. precuneus, MPFC, etc.) that engage in understanding other's belief. I also proposed a computational model based on the neuroimaging results that simulated the neurocognitive mechanism underlying cortical dynamics in correct judgment of other's belief.

本文首先发展了一个新的心理学实验范式，排除以往常用&错误信念&范式中与语言加工、生物运动、情景记忆及事件连续性和因果性等方面的混淆，采用功能磁共振成像（functional magnetic resonance imaging， fMRI）和脑电（Electroencephalography， EEG）时频分析等脑成像技术，记录与理解他人信念任务相关的神经活动，通过对行为和脑成像数据的分析，研究楔前叶和内侧前额叶等脑区在理解他人信念任务中的功能意义，并根据脑成像结果，提出一个基于自我和他人视角竞争的计算模型，模拟大脑在理解他人信念时做出正确决策时的认知神经机制。

On the basis of summarizing and commenting upon the major studies of semantic orientation of resultative construction in modern Chinese, the paper claims it is insufficient to study semantic orientation of resultative construction only from the literal or formal logic point of view, but rather, researchers should take into account some subjective factors on the part of language users; then, the paper introduces Talmy's cognitive semantic approach to resultative construction; based on his theoretical framework, the present paper further investigates the internal causes of the diversity of semantic orientation of satellites in Chinese,supported with the data analysis; and finally, this paper concludes that it is the semantic and syntactic properties of the verb root that make these diversified semantic orientation possible, and their actual representation is finalized by the language user via different satellites.

本文在对以往动补结构语义指向的主要研究成果进行总结评价的基础上，提出对语义指向的研究不能停留在字面和形式逻辑的层面上，而应结合语言使用者的主观因素或主观经验，也即是认知语义学的观点；其次，系统地介绍了Talmy的认知语义学观点中关于汉语动补结构的重新描述和分析，并在此基础上，着重分析了汉语动补结构多样化的语义指向的内在原因，即，汉语动作动词特殊的词汇化模式(仅包括动作和使动成分在内)中不包含确定动作执行结果的成分，因而须要借助于其卫星成分来表明动作的结果，这个结果可能是规约性的结果，也可能是偶然性的结果，由此呈现出卫星成分的多义性的特点，也就是传统上说的动补结构的语义指向。
