I have enclosed BARDE's Mission Statement for your perusal together with a registration form and I sincerely hope that you will allow and encourage your Rooms Division or Front Office Manager to attend our future monthly meetings.

随信后附北京酒店客务经理支会的协会宗旨及入会申请表格，同时在此我也诚挚地希望您可以允许并鼓励您的客务部总监或是前厅部经理在今后参加我们每月的例会。

Greeting from BARDE Executive Committee! First of all on behalf of BARDE Executive Committee and myself , I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerely thanks to those hotels which had punctually submitted their January first four days figures on the BARDE website on Monday according to the indication from Association.

首先我谨代表协会理事会和我本人对所有按照协会要求在本周一按时将本月前四天的四位数在协会网上申报的会员酒店表示诚挚的谢意。

As it was first time for the BARDE to collect the figures from website and there were around 70% member hotels finishing their figures submitting before 5:00pm on Monday as required by BARDE, but the rest member hotels had still need my secretary to chase their figures manually as BARDE want to all our member hotels's figures could show on the web page on this FIRST TIME. So BARDE had closed submitting at 11:00am on the Tuesday morning and presented on the website at 13:00; So I have to say sorry to all those hotels which had submitted figures punctually that I had had to break my promise as all those figures suppose to be put on the website in the evening of Monday.

鉴于这是协会第一次在网上收集每周的四位数，大约有70％的会员酒店在星期一下午5：00之前按照协会要求在网上申报了数字；为了保证协会第一次在网上发布数字的全面性，我的秘书又对剩余的未按时在网上申报数字的酒店逐一打电话进行了查询及数字收集，因此协会直到星期二上午11：00才停止了网上报数并于13：00将所有数字在网上发布；所以我本人必须对没有按照最初的承诺于星期一晚间将数字发布于网上而向所有按时在网上申报数字的会员酒店诚挚道歉。

Above mentioned person should take your time to make proper arrangement to attend the meeting on time according to the previous issued BARDE notice dated on 12th May 2004; As it will be the first time for BARDE to present as a team to BTA officially association, so BARDE will highly appreciate the participation from all concerned members.

上述参会人员请按照支会于2004年5月12日所发会议通知的要求提前做出工作安排并准时出席会议；鉴于这是支会做为一个团体首次在北京市旅游局相关行业组织前亮相，支会将对所有酒店会员的按时出席表示诚挚的感谢。
