In trial 2, according to the similarity of calving date and milk yields, 25 primiparous Holstein cows were divided into five equal groups in a randomized block design with 49 days period. The general diet of dairy farm was fed to cows of control. The alfalfa block 2.7kgd^(-1 was substituted respectively by rice straw block Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ or Ⅳ as treatments.

试验2，选取25头初产荷斯坦泌乳母牛采用随机区组设计按产犊日期、产奶量一致原则等分为5组，对照组用奶牛场常规日粮饲喂，试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别用稻草块Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ等量替代苜蓿草块，每头替代量为2.7kgd^(-1)，试验期49d。

Through a series of quenching, tempering, tensile testing, low-temperature impact test and metallographic analysis, we ultimately came to the following conclusions:(1) low-carbon alloyed steel 20CrMn2NiMoV quenching at 870℃ and tempering at 200℃, whose structure contains tempered dislocation lath martensite and few small bainite under mixed, has the best obdurability;(2) Carbon Steel 45CrMn2NiMoV quenching at 850℃ and tempering at 620℃, whose structure is sorbitic, has a performance less than that of low-carbon Alloyed steel, but it can also meet the basic design requirements.(3) Mn can substitute for the role of Ni within limited extent.

通过一系列淬火、回火、拉伸试验、低温冲击试验以及金相分析，最终得出以下主要结论：（1）低碳合金钢20CrMn2NiMoV经870℃淬火+200℃回火，得到回火位错型板条马氏体+少量细小下贝氏体的混合组织，具有最佳的强韧性配合；（2）中碳合金钢45CrMn2NiMoV经850℃淬火+620℃回火，得到回火索氏体组织，综合性能虽然不及低碳合金钢，但也能基本满足设计要求；（3）Mn在一定程度上能够替代Ni的作用，适量的Mn和Ni相互配合可以得到最佳的低温韧性，因此&以Mn代Ni&是低温钢材料研究开发中一条可行的适合我国资源状况的合金化思路。

The leading earthquake responses like the relative drift at the top of the main tower and the small tower, interstory drift ratio, acceleration, and cracking process of the pagodas body etc. are studied. The operational behaviors involving the deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity is tested for passive control system with SMA dampers under the earthquake excitation, and the corresponding control mechanism and regularity is also analyzed. Furthermore, the performance changes and protection effectiveness is comprehensively evaluated while the model structure of pagoda is seismically protected or not.

最后，根据光塔原型结构的实际情况，以模型试验的相似关系为基础，设计并制作了一个相似系数S，为1/10的光塔模型结构，并先后进行了未安装和安装A、B型SMA阻尼器被动控制系统光塔模型结构的地震模拟振动台试验，研究了模型结构在3种不同工况下，主塔顶部和小塔顶部的相对位移、层间位移角和加速度以及塔体开裂等光塔结构的主要地震反应，测试了SMA阻尼器被动控制系统在地震激励下的变形能力和消能能力等工作性能，分析了相应的控制机理和控制规律，并从总体上评价了光塔模型结构抗震保护前后的性能变化和保护效果。
