Combustion experiments with semi-coke of Huadian and Wangqing oil shale were conducted in a bench-scale FBC reactor. Ash samples were obtained under different combustion conditions. Adsorption isotherms were determined by Micromeritics Gemini 2380 specific area analyzer under nitrogen atmosphere. The pore size distribution of samples was determined on the basis of BJH theory.

在自行设计搭建的小型流化床试验台上进行吉林桦甸、汪清的油页岩半焦燃烧试验，得到不同工况下的灰样，在Gemini 2380快速比表面积分析仪上测得灰样吸附等温线，采用BJH法计算孔分布。

The trial data has been processed with the computer of the data processing,the vibratory model test has been done in the field,and verifided the model by analyzed the the tested results and calculated results,the results which the vibratory parameter affected the motorial capability has been obtained,and are the basemen for parameters deciding and parameters optimization .

利用计算机对试验数据进行了处理，通过对数值仿真结果与模型试验结果进行比较，对仿真模型进行了验证，得到了振动参数对振动压实设备运动性能的影响，为以后进行产品开发时各参数的确定与优化设计提供了依据。

Secondly, Bifidobacterium medium was developed using JAJ as main material. The results showed that: Adding Tryptone,soy peptone.beef extract,com extract and Cys-HCl to JAJ could obviously promote the growth of Blm and Bbm;By the orthogonal experiment of three elements and three levels,a satisfying JAJ compound medium was acquired which included corn extract(0.3%), soy peptone(0.05%)and Cys-HCl(0.025%).Nextly,after establishing a selective Bifidobacterium medium, the effects of JAJ on the growth of Bifidobacteria in vivo were studied,using healthy mouse of Kunming species as experimental animal.

研究了以菊芋汁为主要原料的双歧杆菌培养基，大量试验结果表明，在菊芋汁中添加胰蛋白胨、牛肉膏、大豆蛋白胨、玉米浆和半胱氨酸盐酸盐等成分，对双歧杆菌有明显的促进生长作用；利用大豆蛋白胨、玉米浆和半胱氨酸盐酸盐设计了三因素三水平的正交试验，确定了菊芋汁复合培养基的优化配方：菊芋汁+0.3％玉米浆+0.05％大豆蛋白胨+0.025％半胱氨酸盐酸盐。
