Aiming at the development of the microprocessor-based relay protection and the lack of training and experimentation system which is difficult to satisfy the requirement , this paper describe a microprocessor-based relay protection training and experimentation system , put forward the design project about the combination of software which applied for computer protection based on integrated developing environment Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server and hardware which applied on Digital Signal Processing and the Personal Computer 104 bus-mastering machine, introduce systemic principle architrave and primary hardware form and the function and the aim of the software and its realizable way.

针对目前微机保护技术飞速发展的形势和国内微机保护培训试验系统难以满足要求的现状，本文介绍了一套电力系统微机继电保护培训试验系统，提出了基于DSP和应用PC/104总线工控机以及利用集成开发环境VB6.0和SQL Sever的软硬件结合的设计方案，对系统的原理框图、主要硬件构成和软件的功能目标及主要功能的实现方法进行了详细的介绍。
