This paper mainly introduces experimental methods and basic principle about gelled acid reaction kinetics. Through the reaction kinetics experiment of straight acid and gelled acid, the reaction parameters of acid - rock reaction and kinetic equation in different conditions were achieved.

介绍了胶凝酸反应动力学的试验方法及基本原理，进行了普通酸和胶凝酸与灰岩的反应动力学试验，得到不同条件下的酸岩反应动力学参数及反应动力学方程，对优化碳酸盐岩油藏酸压设计有一定的指导作用。

本文以仁用杏及扁桃为试验材料，通过TTC染色法对授粉前父本花粉的活力进行了测定，运用DPSv3.01专业版数据处理系统软件对授粉后坐果率的调查数据进行了分析；利用荧光显微技术对花粉在柱头的萌发情况及花粉管的生长状况进行了动态观察；采用正交设计对仁用杏杂交苗SSR-PCR反应的5因素4水平进行试验；在新体系的基础上对50个杂交苗进行了分析。

Main contributions and achievements are as follows:A general non-equilibrium rigorous model for RDP is developed in this thesis. Based on the pseudo-homogenous assumption, two main factors reaction and separation are de-coupled, and an RDP model with the same format as that for a traditional distillation process is established. To solve the model with a large number of algebraic equations, modified M-K equations with tri-diagonal matrix form are developed based on the improved Separation Efficiency Functions, which greatly increases the iteration efficiency. This thesis also develops a general reactive distillation dynamic model. Through splitting of the differential variables based on SEFS, large-scaled differential algebraic equations can be solved with the improved Gear's algorithm which makes the dynamic model suitable for the on-line application. A simulation platform for the control loop design and evaluation of RDP by introducing control system equations into the dynamic model is also developed.A lactic acid purification pilot-scale RDP is investigated.

论文对热点问题——反应精馏过程的建模与优化控制相关技术进行了深入的研究，取得了一系列成果：1、建立了反应精馏过程机理模型，基于拟均相假设，将反应和分离过程进行解耦，推导出反应精馏过程的非平衡级稳态模型和动态模型，通过引入推广的分离效率函数，对模型变量进行了合理划分，显著提高了模型求解效率；将动态模型和控制系统方程结合，建立了反应精馏过程控制系统研究的辅助工具。2、全面分析了乳酸提纯反应精馏新工艺试验装置，利用本文建立的过程机理模型，对该试验装置进行了稳态和动态性能分析及水力学核算；设计和分析了单边质量控制方案，比较了间接和直接物料平衡控制两种方案的控制性能。

A quantitative measurement method for the space intersection angle of a three-line mapping camera is put forward in a thermal-optical environment test after studying the measuring principle of the intersection angles and designing a new measuring system.

Finally, the simulative experiment of locale was done to test the wastewater treatment system. The test data showed that the bactericidal rate could reach over 99.95% to the wastewater including of B.cereus whose concentration is 100cfu/ml. Besides, the appurtenant equipment and control unit work well, and its continuity, repeated capability and dependability was all right.

最后，对设计的废水处理系统进行了现场模拟运行试验，试验结果表明：系统对蜡样芽孢含量100cfu/ml废水的灭菌率可达99.95%以上，且配套设备和控制系统的操作运行连续性好、重复性稳定、可靠性强。

Under the conditions of keeping other design parameters constant, design thickness of valve flap increases with the mass increment on single wheel spring of the vehicle; throttle gap of oil-air spring is in linear decrement relationship with mass on single wheel spring. For each mass increment of 100kg on tested single wheel spring, design thickness of throttle valve flap will increase by 0.007mm and the throttle gap will decrease by 0.001mm.

在其它设计参数保持不变的情况下，阀片设计厚度随车辆单轮簧上质量的增加而增加；油气弹簧节流缝隙与单轮簧上质量成线性递减关系；试验的单轮簧上质量每增加100kg则节流阀片设计厚度将增加0.007mm，节流缝隙将减小0.001mm。

Based on design calculation, analysis of finite element method and fullscale experimental study on the joint of Chongqing Olympic stadium, the design procedure and analysis method of the joint were studied.
