A dynamic computer simulation model of winter wheat was established from the data of the fields at AUH(the Agricultural University of Hebei) during 2000-2001 and validated from the data of the experiment of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium at Shenze county during 1985-1986. This model was used for reference of information not only from field data but also from other winter growth and development models.

In this thesis, the engineering property of the frozen earth in the frozen railway roadbed in Anduo section (between DK1561+975-DK1562+530) of Naquhe region of Qinghai-Tibet railway was studied indoor. The change of engineering property of the earth samples with different water content , density and temperature were researched. The influence of concentration of the diffluent salt to the frozen strength was pilot studied. The thermal conductivity of the soil was experimented. With the result and data of the tests, the earth temperature field in Anduo section was demonstrated by numerical analysis, the structure parameter of the spall revetmentd and the rubble berm was given, the stability of the railway roadbed was evaluated.
本文以青藏铁路格尔木-拉萨段那曲河地区安多段(DK1561+975~DK1562+530)冻土路基为对象,对该地区冻土的工程性质进行了室内试验研究;对不同含水率、不同压实度的土样,研究在特定温度变化范围内工程性质的变化:初步分析了易溶盐含量对冻结强度的影响:测试了土样的导热系数;在室内土工试验的基础上,根据测试结果和数据,对安多段区域地温场进行了数值模拟,分析了该工点区间内合理片石护道、碎石护坡结构参数,评价了路基稳定性。

In this study, different nano-hydroxyapatite particles,HAP_1(25-60nm), HAP_4(the additives is heparin, 15-50nm), HAP_5(the additives is bovine serum albumin BSA, 20-80nm) were prepared by homogeneous precipitation and used heavy-gauge hydroxyapatite as comparison,we determined amount of heparin, sialic acid ,BSA adsorbed on HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_3 by Crystal Violet assay, Bialsche method,Bradford method respectively and analyzed the binding mechanism by infrared spectrum;After taking HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 and RBC to co-culture in vitro,we studied RBC hemolysis test and detected RBC hematolysis rate by erythrocyte osmotic fragility test;observing the changes of morphous and locomotion of cell after coacting HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 and RBC by light microscope and inverted phase contrast microscope;observing HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 effecting on Ultrastructure of RBC.
本文用均匀沉淀法制备了HAP_1(25-60nm),HAP_4(添加剂肝素,15-50nm),HAP_5(添加剂牛血清白蛋白BSA,20-80nm)等纳米粒子,并用大尺寸的羟基磷灰石HAP_2(470-520nm),HAP_3(1906nm)作对照,分别利用结晶紫法、Bialsche法、Bradford法研究了肝素、唾液酸、血清白蛋白在HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_3上的吸附量,用红外光谱分析其中的结合机理;在体外将HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP4_,HAP_5与红细胞共培养,进行了红细胞溶血试验的研究,并借助红细胞渗透脆性试验检测红细胞溶血率;运用普通光学显微镜和倒置相差显微镜观察了HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5与红细胞作用后细胞形态及运动的变化:透射电镜观察了HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5对红细胞超微结构的影响。

According to the standard and request of mechanical structures for electronic equipment tests, the finite element model of the electronic equipment cabinet was built by using the software of finite element analysis-ANSYS and simulated the tests of random vibrations by loading and calculating. The 3-D isopleths graph of deformation and stress of the cabinet was obtained. It could confirm the maximum of deformation and stress of the cabinet and probability of occurrence. Through more analysis of the frequency response curve reflected directly and clearly the deformation of the cabinet within the particular seismic frequency.
