接着采用标准k—ε双方程模型对炉内冷态空气动力场进行了数值模拟，并与实际锅炉燃烧器冷态调试试验结果对比，结果吻合较好，这为我们分析炉内流场提供了参考；其次对锅炉静态、动态特性试验，采用灰成分分析、灰熔点测试及X光衍射物相分析方法，较为准确的描述了实际锅炉结渣过程；为了准确的判断出水煤浆的结渣倾向，本文对锅炉结渣的七个影响因素提出了模糊综合判断模型，正确的反映出了该水煤浆的结渣倾向。

Depending on the characteristics of the low grade oxidized ore on the surface in Woxi,and by small scaled column leaching tests and commercially scaled heap leaching tests,a flowsheet of heap leaching-carbon adsorption-disadsorption and electrowinning was applied,where masking agent was used to reduce the influence of Arsenic and antimonial on cyanidation.

根据沃溪区低品位地表氧化矿矿石的性质特点，通过小型柱浸试验和堆浸工业试验，采用堆浸—活性炭吸附—解吸电解工艺处理该矿石，工艺中采用隐蔽剂以消除砷、锑矿物对氰化的影响，金回收指标较好，经济效益可观。

Methods Germ tube test, chlamydospore test, CHROMagar Candida and API20 kit system were applied to separate non-Candida albicans strains from Candida albicans. Then PCR was used to amplify the internal transcribed spacer region of ribosomal DNA from 4 species of common Pathogenic non-Candida albicans (Candida glabrata, Candida parapsilosis, Candida krusei and Candida tropicalis), and the products were digested with the two restriction endonucleases (Msp Ⅰ and Hae Ⅲ) respectively. Results The four isolates consisted of 15 strains of Candida glabrata (7.50%), 7 strains of Candida parapsilosis (3.50%), 5 strains of Candida krusei (2.50%), 2 strains of Candida tropicalis (1.00%).

首先采用芽管试验、厚壁孢子试验、法国科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基及API20CAUX酵母菌鉴定系统将分离自VVC患者阴道内的念珠菌菌株鉴定到种，然后采用真菌通用引物将4种常见非白念珠菌（包括光滑念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌和热带念珠菌）进行PCR扩增，并选用MspⅠ和HaeⅢ两种内切酶对扩增产物进行酶切分析。

During remediation experiment, the addition of benzene acid and Tween 80 gave higher CO2 evolution. The result of Microtox assay showed good correlation between aromatic rings of PAHs at low concentration. The Medaka embryo toxicity test had presented that while eggs were exposed to the soil extracts from fluoranthene and pyrene at high concentration (3mg PAHs/g soil), the embryo showed low hatch ratio、bleeding, high abnormal ratio and delayed mature period. The addition of composting materials for remediation study showed strong embryo toxicity to Medaka embryo at all test concentration.

青鱂鱼鱼卵试验部分，受单一与混合PAHs污染土壤之萃取物对青鱂鱼鱼卵孵化影响，当暴露在浓度3 mg PAHs /g soil时，及四环的Fluoranthene与Pyrene之下，皆有高未孵化率、高出血率、高畸形率及孵化天数的延迟现象产生；而在复育实验之土壤萃取物对青鱂鱼鱼卵孵化之影响，以添加酸性界面活性剂与中性界面活性剂实验组其鱼卵之未孵化率皆为零，与Microtox毒性测试结果有良好的关连；加入不同复育添加剂中，则以添加菜肥之实验组，对於青鱂鱼鱼卵孵化之影响为最大。

objective to study the infection and sensitivity to antimicrobial agents of staphylococcus of bacterial prostatitis patients.methods the results of bacteriology and drug susceptibility of 421 patients,who were suffered from prostatitis,were analysed retrospectively.results in the 421 succus prostaticus samples,278 strains pathogenic microorganisms of 15 genera were isolated from the 273 succus prostaticus samples,and the major pathogenic microorganisms was staphylococcus aureus(57.2%) and coagulase negative staphylocous（17.3%.the drug resistance rate of staphylococcus to penicilling,erythromycin and albomycin was 88%-97%,and it was 33%-50% to fluoroquinolones.the drug resistance rate of staphylococcus to amikacin,cefazolin,nemycin,rifampicin and cefoperazone was lower than 30%,and they all appeared susceptible to vancomycin.conclusion staphylococcus is the main germ of bacterial prostatitis and it appears high drug resistance to usual antibacterials.staphylococcus is susceptible to vancomycin,amikacin,cefazolin,neomycin,rifampicin and cefoperazone.

目的 探讨细菌性前列腺炎患者葡萄球菌的感染状况及抗菌药物敏感性。方法回顾分析421例前列腺炎患者标本的细菌学和药物敏感性试验结果。结果 421例前列腺液标本，273例分离出细菌，共分离出15个种别共计278株病原菌，其中金黄色葡萄球菌占57.2%，凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占17.3%；葡萄球菌对青霉素g、红霉素、白霉素耐药率为88%～97%，对氟喹诺酮类耐药率为33%～50%，对丁胺卡那霉素、头孢唑啉、新霉素、利福平和头孢哌酮耐药率均0%，对万古霉素全部显示敏感。结论葡萄球菌是细菌性前列腺炎的最常见病原菌，对临床常用抗菌药物具有较高的耐药性，葡萄球菌对万古霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、头孢唑啉、新霉素、利福平和头孢哌酮较为敏感。
