In my experimentⅠcompare the purposes of different combinations of endoenzyme(MseⅠ-HindⅢ, MseⅠ-PstⅠ, MseⅠ-EcoRⅠ) and find that MseⅠ-HindⅢeasily finds thepolymorphism by primers combinations suiTab for AFLP analysis.And by means of this there aremany polymorphism strips. So the double endoenzyme of AFLP was exercisedfor the analysis of soybean cytoplasmic male sterility.In the cource of my experiment, 64 primerpairs of MseⅠand HindⅢwere exerted to analyse the twe mtDNA pools which are made ofsterilities and holdings and the polymorphisms of sterilities and holdings.

运用扩增片段长度多态性的方法，对独特的杂交大豆试材进行分析研究，通过比较MseⅠ-HindⅢ、MseⅠ-PstⅠ、MseⅠ-EcoRⅠ不同酶切组合的效果，结果表明MseⅠ-HindⅢ较容易找到多态性引物组合，而且具有较高的多态性，本试验选用MseⅠ-HindⅢ进行双酶切大豆线粒体DNA从而完成AFLP的分析工作，试验用64对MseⅠ和HindⅢ引物对两个不育系及保持系材料的线粒体DNA制成的pool进行AFLP标记分析，分析了不育系与保持系之间的多态性； 4。

ABSTRACT: A trial was carried out to study the effect of yeast culture on performance of lactating sows. The results indicate that yeast culture is able to increase the number of live littermate, weight of weaning pigs, rate of survival pigs during lactation etc. Furthermore, the results of this trial is to some extent similar to those of experiments carried out before.

本文通过应用酵母培养物饲料添加剂饲喂哺乳母猪的试验研究，发现酵母培养物能够改善母猪窝产活仔数、仔猪断奶重、哺乳期间仔猪成活率等生产性能，并同时与前人的研究报告做了对比，其试验结果具有相似之处。

为此，以LP-01为铜矿物的捕收剂、乙硫氮为铅矿物的捕收剂、硫酸铜和丁黄药为锌矿物的活化剂和捕收剂、石灰为矿浆电位调整剂，并在选铜、铅时配合使用铅矿物的组合抑制剂ZnSO4+YN，对该多金属复杂硫化矿进行了电位调控铜、铅、锌依次优先浮选新工艺试验研究，获得了含铜21.74%、铜回收率62.31%的铜精矿，含铅61.23%、铅回收率55.07%的铅精矿和含锌56.43%、锌回收率90.02%的锌精矿。

To our knowledge, reverse phase of high performance liquid chromatography was firstly developed to analyze the metabolites of 7-tocopherol with ideal results. Meanwhile, Gas chromatography/Mass chromatography were used to analyze the structures of unknown metabolites of 7-tocopherol and a main unknown metabolite was identified as a side chain ω- hydroxylate of 7-tocopherol.The kinetic results of of 7-tocopherol reacted in the S9 of male SD-rat liver showed that the optimal time was 45 min; the optimal concentration of S9 5 mg/ml; the optimal concentration of NADPH 1 mM; and the optimal concentration of 7-tocopherol 8 μg/ml. The result of γ-tocopherol metabolized in the S9 of male SD-rat was the best; male Brazil turtle better; and male cobia worst.

本试验首次确立了γ-生育酚代谢物的RP-HPLC分析方法，结果理想且重现性好；用GC／MS对γ-生育酚的未知代谢物结构进行分析，判断其中一种主要的代谢物为γ-生育酚侧链初级羟基化代谢物；γ-生育酚在雄性SD-大鼠肝S9的代谢动力学表明，本实验条件下代谢反应的最佳时间为45min，S9浓度为5mg／ml，NADPH浓度为1mM，γ-生育酚浓度为8μg／ml；发现γ-生育酚在雄性SD-大鼠肝S9中代谢最高，雄性巴西龟次之，雄性军曹鱼最低。

Results EROD activities in liver of wild crucian from Zhangtan, Jiangjunyan, Fuyang and Wenyan (23.51±4.17, 16.79±7.39, 18.74±5.16, 18.65±8.86 nmol/) were significantly higher than that of Jiekou (7.84±2.42 nmol/g promin), and no difference was observed between the other sites and Jiekou. Three dose groups (0.25, 0.50, 1.00L/dish water sample extracts) were used in Ames test. Reversional mutation rate of TA98 colony exposed to extracts from Zhangtan was 2.21, 3.39, 6.95 without S9, and 2.70, 4.07, 6.23 with S9, respectively. The revesional mutation of TA100 colony was 2.55, 2.81, 5.36 without S9, and 1.73, 2.86, 4.14 with S9, respectively. Reversional mutation rate of TA98 colony exposed to 1.00L/dish extracts from Jiangjunyan with S9 was 2.22, and there was a dose-response relationship in reversional colony count. Ames tests of the other extracts were negative.

结果 樟潭、将军岩、富阳、闻堰点位野生鲫鱼肝EROD酶活性分别为(23.51±4.17)，(16.79±7.39)，(18.74±5.16)，(18.65±8.86)nmol/，明显高于街口[(7.84±2.42)nmol/]，其他点位与对照比较差异无统计学意义；樟潭水样浓集物在浓度为0.25，0.50，1.00 L/皿时在不加与加S9条件下，TA98回变菌落突变率MR值分别为2.21，3.39，6.95，2.70，4.07，6.23；TA100回变菌落MR值分别为2.55，2.81，5.36，1.73，2.86，4.14；Ames试验结果为明显阳性；将军岩水样浓集物在浓度为1.00 L/皿且加S9条件下TA98MR值为2.22，且在浓度为0.25，0.50，1.00 L/皿加S9条件下TA98回变菌落数呈剂量－反应关系，MR值分别为0.88，1.98，2.22；Ames试验结果为弱阳性；其他点位均为阴性。

According to the datas from field investigation, lab experiment and slope run-off plot observation, the hydrologic functions of forest canopy, lower shrub, litters and soil layers have been studied. The canopy precipitation interception characteristic of different vegetation types have been analized. The results indicate that the broad-leaf forests and coniferous and broad-leaf mixed forests are better than phyllostachys pubescens forests and shrubs in canopy rainfall interception. And the litters water-holding ability of broad-leaf forests and mixed forests are higher than others. And the soil water-holding and infiltrating ablility of broad-leaf is good.

根据野外调查、试验及坡面径流小区的观测数据，研究了库区主要类型植被林冠层、灌草层、枯落物层和土壤层的水文功能，分析了不同降雨条件下不同类型植被的林冠截留特征，指出在林冠截留方面阔叶林、针阔混交林比楠竹林、灌丛的截留能力强；分析了库区主要类型林地枯落物层的水文功能，研究结果表明：阔叶林林地枯落物的持水能力普遍高于针叶林，而混交林枯落物的持水能力要比纯林大；林地土壤层的水文功能剖析表明：阔叶林林地土壤的持水性能较强，其林地土壤的入渗性能较好。

From the results, it was found that sufficient resorcinol was needed for PRTF copolymer resins to have cold-setting property. The PRTF copolymer resins made from Taiwan acacia bark extractives with P/=1/1 had cold-setting capability at the ratio of resorcinol to bark extractives was 25/75, but 50/50 was needed for China fir bark extractives to have cold-setting property.

由试验结果得知，PRTF-B共聚合树脂中仍须有足够的间苯二酚始可具备常温硬化性，以相思树树皮萃取物为原料者，在P/=1/1时，间苯二酚与树皮萃取物之比例为25/75者具常温硬化性，而以杉木树皮萃取物为原料者，则间苯二酚与树皮萃取物之比例则须50/50始具有常温硬化性。
