Objective: To establish the determination method of amygdalin in bitter almond by HPLC.

目的：建立苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的HPLC测定方法；方法：通过单因素考察确定样品处理方法，建立 HPLC 测定方法并进行方法学考察，与药典法进行比较试验；结果：用HPLC法测定苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷含量高于药典的滴定法，方法学考察各项指标均符合要求；结论：用HPLC法测定苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷含量灵敏度高、重复性好，样品处理方法简便，可代替滴定法。

This dissertation firstly introduces the principles of four kinds of simple gridding methods, which are"Linear interpolation based on triangulation","Inverse distance weighted and averaged method","Modified Shepard's method"and"Multiquardirc method". Secondly, it researches the Ordinary Kriging method for geophysical irregular data, which mainly includes the base knowledge of region change and variogram and the principle of Ordinary Kriging method. Thirdly, it researches the Inverse Interpolation for geophysical irregular data, which mainly includes the principle of inverse interpolation and its iterative algorithm, and the principle of Inverse Interpolation to realize the gridding of geophysical data. Finally, it uses these gridding methods to grid theoretical model data of potential field and raw aeromagnetic data, and compares and analyzes the gridding results.

本文首先简单介绍了地球物理不规则分布数据的四种简单网格化方法(即基于三角网的线性插值法、反距离加权平均法、改进的Shepard方法和多元二次函数法)的方法原理；接着，重点研究了地球物理不规则分布数据网格化的普通克里金法，主要研究了区域变化量、变差函数的基础知识和普通克里金法的方法原理；之后，重点研究了地球物理不规则分布数据网格化的反插值法，主要研究了反插值法的方法原理和迭代求解算法，以及反插值法实现地球物理数据网格化的原理；最后，应用这些方法对理论位场模型和实际航磁数据进行了试验、对比和分析。

由于神经网络技术的发展，神经网络在非线性控制方面显示出强大的优势，同时近年来出现的逆系统方法对于多变量非线性系统的控制指出了一条可算是光明的道路，鉴于以上两项技术的优越性，本文提出对BMPS进行神经网络逆系统控制的方法，首先通过机理分析的方法建立了BMPS的非线性动态数学模型，并依此模型设计了神经网络逆系统控制方案，由于此方案中需要用到球磨机磨筒内负荷的反馈，但是磨内负荷是一个不能直接测量的量，而且其测量方法是多年来人们一直在努力的方向却又一直不能较好地解决，本文提出对其进行神经网络测量的思想和方法，这一方法的仿真试验和现场实测结果均表明其研发造价低廉的优越性和测量较为准确的实用性。

本试验测定了21个小麦品种的几种蛋白含量以及流变学特性指标，作了沉淀试验和面包烘烤试验，借助于逐步回归分析和通径分析方法，进一步验证了用剩余蛋白含量预测小麦烘烤品质与评价值相当，比沉淀值准确的结论，并建议在小麦品质育种及面包烘烤品质分析中，加强对剩余蛋白含量的直接选择。

In the paper the author relates systematically the research fruits in the program of Research on Sand Slurry Abrasion Mechanisms of Dredging Conditions and New Wear-Resistant Materials. The main contents and innovations are listed as follows.Summarized and analyzed are the wear researches and developments, and the methods of increasing materials wear-resistance. From the viewpoint of the characteristics of two-phase liquid sand slurry wear, combined with the examination and study on easily damaged workpieces, the wear failures basic rules are pointed out, of the pump shell and the cutter-piece on service, and the general principles of material wear-resistant designs put forward. The sand slurry abrasion tester has been designed and developed which can simulate general dredging conditions. Summarized and presented are the position-exchange measuring method of sand slurry abrasion test and the experiment specification of sand slurry wear test of dredging conditions.
