In this paper, the practical WDM multi-granularity traffic switching testing network is constructed and a novel method using eye diagram to monitor optical performance in the network is proposed. The method is demonstrated in the reconfigurable WDM multi-granularity traffic switching all-optical network and it results that it can realize supervision of optical signal to noise ratio, time jittering, channel power, extinction ratio and bit error rate of optical data stream of any wavelength channel in the network. The method is transparent to signal protocol and bit rates and is able to distinguish between different optical impairments.

The aim of the present study was to isolate and culture ESCs and EGCs from goat embryos and fetuses of different development stage, and to compare some factors influencing the efficiency of establishing those stem cell lines by adopting the methods of mouse and human. The results obtained were as follows: 1. A total of 46 Guanzhong dairy goats were superovulated with a result of total 307 embryos including 39 embryos of 4-cell to 16-cell, 128 morulae, 89 blastocysts and 51 hatched blastocysts. In the study, we obtain 6.67 embryos from per goat.

The method of CFD numerical simulation is employed to replace experimental investigation. Hence, STAR-CD of the commercial software is used to simulate the outer flow field and heat transfer performance of integrated heat sink with heat pipes cooled by airflow. It is found that simulated results agree with experimental results well, which indicates that simulation method is reasonable and reliable. Further, simulated computations for different fin thickness, fin pitches and air velocities are performed to analyze their effects on heat transfer performance of heat sink. Finally, a new optimized structure of integrated heat sink with heat pipes is provided to meet future demands for cooling CPU and its heat transfer is also evaluated. For multi-heat source and higher dissipation power of electronic devices, the integrated heat sink with heat pipes attatched fins stagged in different positions of channels is presented and its flow and temperature fields are also simulated to enhance heat transfer. As a conclusion, all mentioned above are useful for the design of heat sink with excellent efficiency of heat dissipation and further research.
