Investigators in the Genetics of Generalized OA study enrolled 1,043 individuals from families with two or more siblings with radiographic OA involving at least three joints, distributed bilaterally, from the distal interphalangeal, proximal interphalangeal or carpometacarpal joint groups, and OA in at least one DIP joint. The criterion for radiographic OA was a score of at least 2 on the Kellgren/Lawrence scale.

Genetics of Generalized OA的研究人员以家庭为基础，召集了1，043位试验者参与试验，这些试验者在各自的家庭里都有两位以上患有放射线OA 的同辈患者，病源最少都有3个关节点，病征皆为双向分布，分布点包含远端指节间、近端指节间或腕掌的关节群，以及最少1个OA DIP 关节点；放射线 OA的评估标准使用Kellgren/Lawrence指数，患者的病征指数最少为2。

The aggregate grading and mixture ratio of porous cement-treated macadam are obtained based on accurate survey on material properties and lots of laboratory experiments. After the construction of experiment road, a summary of mixing, spreading, roller compaction and maintenance process about subsurface drainage system is made, and the analysis on the cost of construction about drainable base course is also carried. According to the test of coefficient of permeability, porosity and strength of compression about local test samples and core samples, the paper concludes that main performance index of subsurface drainage system has achieved the design anticipated effect.
