目的： 通过对奶牛临床型真胃变位防治技术的研究，探讨了奶牛真胃变位的病因学、分型、临床诊断以及防治技术。

Methods In accordance with clinical diagnosis criteria of ALDformulated by the Branch of Adiposis Hepatica and Alcoholic Liver Disease Chinese Society of Hepatology Chinese Medical Association,we selected sixtyfive patient.Then we measured prealbuminin their serum.

选出符合中华医学会肝病学分会脂肪肝和酒精性肝病学组制定的酒精性肝病临床诊断标准的患者65例，测定其血清中的ALT，AST，GGT前白蛋白。

RESULTS: Bone histological examination showed predominant hyperparathyroid bone disease in 6 patients, mixed uremic osteodystrophy in 3 patients, low-turnover osteomalacia in 1 patient, and adynamic bone disease in 4 patients.

结果： 骨组织学检查的诊断出 6个患者有严重的骨组织形态学疾病，3个患者的混合尿毒症的骨发育不良，1个患者的低转动骨软化，和 4个患者的无力骨疾病。
