Based on the alterative information of vibration mode and natural frequency in the presence of cracks, the thesis focus on the study of diagnosis index of cracks for plate and intelligent diagnosis of cracks using BP neural network.

本文主要依据板有无裂纹的振型和固有频率的变化信息，研究适于板的裂纹诊断指标，在此基础上，采用BP神经网络开展板的裂纹的智能诊断研究。

Based on the Laser Doppler technology, Information technology, Image Recognition and Process tenology, the laser image characteritics of ultra-fine and non-spherical particles are studied. The laser image recognition method based on neural network theory are obtained. The associated hardware and computer software for analysis of the shape characteristics are developed. The shape characteristics of typical particles such as fire smoke particle and carborundum are studied by using such method. The results of this project are useful to develop the new reliable, accurate and rapid experimental diagnoses technology.

本项目综合应用激光多普勒技术、信息技术和计算机图像识别处理技术，研究了非球形超细微粒的激光影像形成规律，建立了基于神经网络理论的粒子形状特性测量方法并发展了相应的硬件系统及其计算分析软件，并利用该系统研究了火灾烟雾颗粒、金刚砂等典型非球形超细微粒的形状特性，已初步形成了可靠、准确、快捷的新型实验诊断方法，为进一步发展实用的非接触诊断技术提供条件。

The diagnostic center is an applying program platform using VB based on the PC. It receives signals from the data-transmitting device through the serial port, and shows the results or sends out the control order after it deals with the data and makes a judgment.

本文在广泛的、深入研究的基础上，应用多种信号处理手段来分析处理数据，同时利用模式识别方法对故障的特征提取、寿命预测以及性能评价作了探讨，本文进行了以下几项工作：（1）提出了基于自相关自动周期识别算法的柴油机振动信号预处理策略；（2）提出了基于WVD分布的连续撞击响应信号的分离策略；（3）提出了基于对数谱拟合方法的钢—钢撞击响应求解模型；（4）提出了基于波形分析的非正常燃烧振动信号的诊断模型；（5）提出了基于小波细节信息的进气压力信号和曲轴箱压力信号的诊断模型；（6）提出了基于小波近似的喷油正时信号中燃烧位置的自动定位；（7）提出了基于统计模式识别方法的故障诊断知识的自学习与自组织策略；（8）提出了基于特征压缩思想的柴油机总体性能评价及寿命预测模型。
