ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss the performance of Magnetic Resonance with FLAIR Pulse Sequence and the T2WI Weighting Image in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, and analyze the sensitivity of MRI with double sequence in the acute cerebral infarction.

目的：探讨急性脑梗塞在磁共振液体衰减翻转回复序列与常规SE序列T2WI加权像上的表现，并对比分析双序列在急性脑梗塞MR诊断的敏感性。

Methods 120 patients with dysphasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group (60 cases) used the treatment of nasal feeding,intravenous nutrition and acupuncture treatment; the treatment group (60 cases) used the dysphasia physiotherapy table on the base of the treatment of the control group.

选取吞咽障碍患者120例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组60例采用鼻饲饮食、静脉营养支持及针刺疗法；治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上应吞咽障碍理疗仪，1个月后根据临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准比较疗效。
