Urachal anomalies in nine adults were diagnosed by ultrasongraphy; in three, by clinical picture; but in two adults, diagnoses were made only after exploratory laparotomy.

Abstract］ objective to evaluate the distinctive clinical value of magnetic resonance urographymru）in the diagnosis of primary ureteral carcinoma.methods to compare the accuracy of diagnosis of mru with ultrasonography,urography,retrograde ureteropyelography and ct,diagnostic imaging and progress of ureteral carcinoma were analyzed in twenty-four cases from 2000 to 2006,twenty cases had mru examinations.the original preoperative diagnostic reports of various imaging facilities were analyzed on account of the results of operation and pathology.results mru could clearly show the obstructive location of ureter.with regard to the ureteral carcinoma,accuracy of the location diagnosis was 100%.mru was superior to ulstrasonography,kub+ivp,ureteropyelography and ct we used to apply.conclusion comparing with other diagnostic imaging facilities,it has an important value in highly efficient,accurate location,safe,noninvasive and so on with mru,which can be used to show the features of primary ureteral carcinoma and has a wider scope of clinical application.

目的 探讨磁共振水成像技术在原发性输尿管肿瘤中的临床诊断价值。方法分析2000～2006年24例原发性输尿管肿瘤的影像学诊断结果，并基于术中所见和病理报告，将磁共振水成像技术20例）与超声24例）、泌尿系造影24例）、逆行造影15例）、ct(19例）的确诊率相比较。结果 mru能清晰显示输尿管的梗阻部位，定位诊断准确率为100%，梗阻病因确诊率高于b超、泌尿系造影、逆行造影和ct检查。结论与其他影像诊断方法相比较，磁共振水成像在显示原发性输尿管肿瘤特征方面具有效率高、定位准确和安全无创等重要价值，而且有更广泛的临床应用范围。

Results PCT of bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that in non-bacterial infection group （χ^2=0. 05, P〈0.05）. With increase in the concentration of PCT, its sensitivity was lower, but its specificity was higher. With PCT≥1.5 ng/ml as the cutoff point for positive, Youden＇s index and agreement were highest.

随血清PCT浓度升高，其对危重病人感染诊断的敏感度降低、特异度增高；以1.5ng／ml为阳性诊断标准时，Youden指数和诊断符合率分别为0.65和83.0％，明显高于以1ng／ml和2ng／ml为阳性诊断标准时。

objective to compare image manifestations values between high resolution computerized tomography and x-ray chest film in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia in the elderly.methods we analysed and compared image manifestations between hrct and x-ray chest film with 12 cases of clinically suspected iip in the elderly.results ct and hrct had more sensitivity and specificity than x-ray chest film.there were more image manifestations in hrct such as grand grass,net,line,nodular,honeycombing,bronchiectasis,honeycombing cyst,peribronchovascular interstitial thickening and irregularity.there were significant difference between them （p.05）.these patients who were suspected iip had better control and remission after being treated with hormone and immuno-suppressive drug.conclusion it have more significant virtues in hrct to manifest iip in the elderly than x-ray chest film,and it also may manifest iip curative effect.

目的 比较高分辨断层摄影术、x线胸片检查对老年特发性间质性肺炎的诊断价值。方法对12例临床疑诊为间质性肺炎的老年患者，进行胸部hrct与胸部平片检查，并对照分析。结果胸部ct在诊断方面比常规胸片有较大的优越性，hrct则有更高的敏感性和特异性，hrct表现出磨玻璃影、网状、线条、小结节、蜂窝影，支气管扩张、细支气管扩张、支气管壁和血管壁增厚及不规则等征象，12例临床疑诊为间质性肺炎的患者，经胸部hrct诊断的12例，而胸部平片诊断的仅有2例，二者比较差异有显著性（p.05），hrct疑诊的iip患者，经临床激素及免疫抑制剂治疗，病情均得到控制或缓解。结论 hrct表现老年间质性肺炎的特点明显高于胸部平片，且hrct可以反映间质性肺炎的疗效。

On the basis of getting the true and reliable monitoring datum, the methods of diagnosis algorithm based on state predicting are also discussed in this paper. A method based on BP artificial neural network is presented. A diagnosis model is also designed and emulated. The results of the emulations show that the algorithm is obviously better than that of the traditional three-ratio method, and the algorithm can accurately makes good judgments on the faults base on qualitative and quantitative analysis.

在获得真实可靠的监测数据的基础上，还进行了运行状态预测的故障诊断方法的探讨，提出了基于BP神经网络的故障诊断方法，建立了一个诊断模型，并对该模型进行了仿真，仿真结果表明该算法明显优于传统IEC三比值法等故障诊断方法，能够比较准确地定性和定量地对故障做出判断，为电力运营部门提供有用的决策依据。

Methods:The MSCT datas of 65 mechanical intestinal obstructions confirmed by operation and pathology were collected and reconstructed with multiplanar reconstruction technique,including 43 cases underwent plain scan;the remaining 22 cases underwent plain and contrast-enhanced scan.Results: Contrast to operation and pathology,there were 25 adhesions,24 neoplasms,5 bowel torsions,5 bezoarhs,4 intussusceptions,2 Crohn's diseases in 65 mechanical intestinal obstructions,the diagnostic accuracy of MPR in mechanical intestinal obstruction was 100%,and the accuracy of the pathogeny was 84.6%.

以往在肠梗阻的诊断中应用最多的为腹部X线平片，但因其信息量不足，对大部分病人不能提出肯定诊断，且对梗阻的病因及病变肠管的血供都无法判断。16层螺旋CT在肠梗阻的诊断中具有明显优势，快速、薄层扫描可得到高质量的各向同性后处理重建图像，在显示肠壁、肠腔和周围结构等方面具有较大优势，有利于肠梗阻的梗阻部位及病因、并发症的诊断。

This dissertation, orienting to practical engineering applications, takes the lead in carrying out domestic investigations on expert system of fault detection and diagnosis for aerospace propulsion system and has successfully established a well-performed expert system for fault detection and diagnosis based on advanced theories and technologies. What is more, some research has been conducted on the new algorithmic method for fault detection and diagnosis; bondgragh method has been successfully used for fault detection and diagnosis in aerospace propulsion in the dissertation.
