诊断

The clinical data of 14 patients with LAHS in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University during the period from June 2005 to May 2008 were collected, the informations including primary diseases, clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, therapy and outcome were analyzed retropectively, the coincidence of each diagnostic index was compared before and after diagnosis. All 14 patients were given therapeutic regimens containing fludarabine, methylprednisolone and gammaglobulin after final diagnosis.

收集2005年6月至2008年5月经首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院确诊的LAHS患者14例，回顾性分析其原发病、临床特征、实验室检查指标、治疗与转归，探讨疾病特点，并比较LAHS患者在确诊前后各项诊断标准的符合情况，了解各项诊断指标在疾病诊断中的意义。14例患者确诊后均采用FDIg方案（氟达拉滨，甲基强的松龙，丙种球蛋白）治疗，观察治疗效果。

By investigating hypermethylation of bronchial lavages cells, the sensitivity and specificity to diagnose lung cancer are 70.6% and 81.5%. For central lung cancer, sensitivity is 85.2%, but 54.2% for peripheral lung cancer.

4支气管灌洗液细胞过甲基化诊断肺癌的敏感性和特异性分别为70.6%和81.5%，诊断中心型肺癌的敏感性为85.2%，诊断周围型肺癌的敏感性为54.2%。

Results: 5 protuberances from outside organ (aorta, n=2; spleen, n=1; gallblader, n=1; left hepatic lobe, n=1) and 82 SMTs were detected by mEUS including 45 leiomyomas (esophageal, n=38; gastric. N=7), 17 benign strornal tumours. 6 malignent stromal tumours in stomach. 4 Jipomas (esophageal, n=1; gastric, n=3), 3 varices in gastric fundus. 4 etopic pacreaces in stomach 3 cysts in duodenum. 19 leiomyomas derived from muscularis mucosa, 4 lipomas and 3 cysts derived from suhmucosa were resected by endoscopic snare cauterization. 3 varices in fundus were treated by nylon ligation. 5 malignent stromal tumours were resected surgically. Of which 30 were identified by pathology except 1 malignent stromal tumour was misdiagnosed as leiomyoma by EUS.

结果：mEUS检查的87例患者中，发现消化道壁外压迫5例（其中主动脉弓2例，脾脏1例，胆囊及肝左叶各1例）；粘膜下肿瘤82例，包括平滑肌瘤45例，良性间质瘤17例，恶性间质瘤6例，脂肪瘤4例，静脉瘤3例，异位胰腺4例，囊肿3例。19例起源于粘膜肌层的平滑肌瘤行高频电切除术切除，3例静脉瘤行尼龙圈套结扎，4例脂肪瘤及3例囊肿行高频电切除。5例恶性间质瘤行手术治疗。1例平滑肌瘤，切除后病理诊断为恶性间质瘤，其余的病理诊断与超声诊断相符。

Objective To explore the effect of mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods 33 early stage breast cancer patients were confirmed by surgical operation and pathology and diagnosed by mammography at the same time to analyse the relationship between the signs of X-ray and early stage breast cancer.

First, it diagnoses and analyses the maglev train's suspension system and traction system by applying the FTA and fuzzy FTA method. Furthermore, it presents the new way to solute the diagnosis searching arithmetic by building the searching matrix based on the factors such as components' key weightiness, faults happen probability, searching cost. Then it can get optimal searching sequence for seeking the reason to the faults. Second, it builds the train's rank evaluation model based on multiple hiberarchy neural networks, after it takes the strategy that set the component diagnosis and whole train fault rank evaluation into two steps. Third, it deeply analyses reliability of the maglev train's power system with function-correlated feature, by the method that combining the FTA with the Markov model. Finally aiming at maintenance ahead of the fault, it proposes the blue print for the maglev train's maintenance. What's more, it introduces the design and realization to recorder for the train run data in detail.
