Objective to evaluate the functional recovery of acute spinal cord injuried rats treated with exogenous wnt-3a signal protein administration and to explore its mechanism.methods moderate spinal cord contusion injury was made in 40 adult sprague dawley rats at t10.twenty rats served as contusion controls(group 1).twenty rats were treated with wnt-3a for three days after injury (group 2).the functional recovery of the rats was observed through basso,beattie,bresnahan open field locomotor score.rats were killed at 14 or 28 days after injury,then spinal cords were removed for histopathological examinations,and the expression of the bromodeoxyuridine plus neural cell markers was stained with immunohistochemical method.results rats of two groups receiving a contusive injury recovered substantial function within 1 week.by 28 days,rats in groups 2 scored 7.0 points better on the bbb scores than rats in group 1 group 2=16.94,after 28 days vs.

目的 研究外源性wnt-3a信号蛋白对脊髓损伤的修复作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法取40只成年雌性sd大鼠在t10节段制备适度脊髓挫伤模型。随机从中取20只为损伤对照组(group 1)，另外20只为损伤治疗组(group 2)。脊髓损伤3天后用wnt-3a蛋白治疗。这些大鼠的功能恢复通过basso、beattie、bresnahan开放视野运动评分来观察。这些大鼠分批在损伤后14天或28天被处死，取出损伤节段脊髓用来组织病理学检查，同时用5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷和神经细胞标记物进行免疫组化染色。结果两组大鼠在伤后一周运动功能有明显的恢复。不过，到损伤后28天，我们观察发现，损伤治疗组中的大鼠bbb评分比损伤对照组中的评分高出7.0分左右(group 2∶16.94±1.18，group 1∶9.89±1.29；p.05)，光镜和电镜检查发现wnt-3a蛋白对髓鞘形成和轴突再生有一定的修复效果。

Our experiment aim at use the acupuncture method"Wang's Jiaji points"which created by the famous doctor Leting wang from Beijing hospital of TCM at the early days of the stroke patients to prevent and treat hypermyotonia,prevent muscle spasm or lessen the spasm level,to improve the stroke patient's ADL.that study is a prospective , randomized, double-blind,parallel-group,use the random digits table method,and compared with the"twelve points of hands and feet",which used frequently at acupuncture department of Beijing hospital of TCM.we use the NIHSS scale, improved Ashworth scale,domestic Fugl-Meyer scale, castigatory MBI scale to score the patients'muscular tension and motor function improvement condition.

本试验旨在在中风病人患病早期应用北京中医院名老中医王乐亭先生的&王氏夹脊穴&预防性治疗肌张力增高，防止肌痉挛的出现或减轻其痉挛程度，以改善中风患者的生活质量。在试验设计方面以北京中医院针灸科目前治疗中风应用较多的&手足十二针&为对照治疗方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照设计。并应用NIHSS、改良的Ashworth量表、国内简化的Fugl-Meyer运动评分法、修订的巴氏指数评分方法对患者治疗前后进行评分以了解患者肌张力增高情况及运动功能改善情况。

Results: At five weeks, the radiographically and manually determined fusion rate for autologous bone graft was 50％(4/8animals), compared with 100％ and 50％(8/8 and 4/8 anilmals) for groups in which fusions were done by using allograft and xenograft augumented with rhBMP-2. Xenograft+HA used in posterolateral intertransverse arthrodesis yielded a fusion rate of 0％(0/8 animals).

结果：手动试验示：1、自体髂骨组即对照组融合率为50％：2、各实验组融合率分别为：同种冷冻干燥异体骨+rhBMP-2组为100％；异种冷冻干燥骨+rhBMP-2组为50％；异种冷冻干燥骨+HA组为0％。X软片示：1、自体髂骨组即对照组X线评分均值为2.75分，融合率为62.5％；2、各实验组结果分别为：同种冷冻干燥异体骨+rhBMP-2组X线评分均值为4分，融合率为100％：异种冷冻干燥骨+rhBMP-2组X线评分均值为2.62分，融合率为62.5％。

Methods The standards load-sharing classification was modified based on kyphotic deformity, vertebral compression, and intraspinal mass.

Results The natrural labor rate of nulliparous women was high of birth process diagram Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ and Cephalic presentation score above 12.The vaginal aid delivery rate of birth process diagram Type Ⅲ and TypeⅣ and cephalic presentation score from 10 to 11 was high. All of the Type V and score below 9 accepted cesarean Section.

结果 产程图为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和头位分娩评分在12分以上的自然分娩率高；产程图为Ⅲ、Ⅳ型和头位分娩评分在11分的产妇阴道助产分娩率明显增高；产程图为V型和头位分娩评分在9分以下者全部采用了剖宫产。

Methods: Arthroscopic operation was performed in 37 patients with calcified supraspinatus tendinitis. Shoulder function of the patients was evaluated using the constant-Murley score, VAS, ASES and radiographs before and after operation. Results: The shoulder function of patients was improved, and the symptoms were disappeared or partially disappeared after operation.
