目的 ：建立大鼠脊髓牵拉性损伤的模型，探讨实验性脊髓牵拉性损伤的病理生理改变及临床意义。方法：双侧椎板切除显露大鼠脊髓的全宽，用模拟神经拉钩特制的牵开器由侧方牵拉脊髓，实现水平方向上的脊髓牵拉性损伤，并用磁刺激运动诱发电位和行为学功能试验指标进行综合评价。

By means of essencial amino acid index and animal growth experiments, using the amino acid composition of the muscle in black sea bream juvenile as standard EAA requirement model for fish feed, The effects of nine different formulae of feed protein sources were compared. The amino acid balance and the nutritional value of the protein sources in feed for the juvenile of black sea bream were studied. Two formulae of protein sources were selected to be most effective, It suggests EAAI be an effective and simple assessment standard in studies on valuation of amino acid balance in protein sources of fish feed.

以黑鲷劫鱼肌肉的氨基酸组成作为幼鱼饲料中必需氨基酸需要量的标准模式，通过必须氨基酸指数和生物饲养试验结果相结合，对黑鲷幼鱼的9种不同蛋白源配比的饲料进行了比较研究，对黑鲷幼鱼配合饲料中氨基酸平衡和蛋白质营养价值进行了评估，筛选出2个高效饲科蛋白源配方；表明EAAI是鱼用饲料蛋白质营养价值评估和氨基酸平衡研究的一种简便有效的评价指标。

But phase angle: d can't relatively produce quality of high-temperature performance of every asphalt mixture obviously.

通过FSCH试验得到不同频率下沥青混合料力学性能指标，指出复数剪切模量G*、G*/sinδ能较好地评价不同沥青混合料的高温性能，而相位角δ不能明显地比较出各沥青混合料高温性能的优劣。

通过对试验数据分析得到了其冻结规律，采用碾压击实法，其最佳压实度度为93%~95%；采用风积砂换填隔水法，风积砂垫层时位置应在地下水位以上，一般应在土基50~80 cm深度处铺筑，换填厚度在中湿路基为15~20 cm，潮湿路基为20~30 cm；采用无机结合料稳定土防止、防治风积土路基道路冻害，厚度均应在25 cm左右，其中水泥、煤渣、风积土的质量比约为6：40：54，石灰、粉煤灰、土三者的质量比为14：30：56，在此基础上，对各种措施的防治效果进行了对比评价。

Calcium carbonate and soluble glass and so on were confected as alkaline antifouling agent. Relative molar mass of part A and part B was determined by Gel Permeation Chromatography and the results were appropriate. Surface-energy was determined and results were between 33.6-47.17 mN/m and it increased when alkaline antifouling agent was put into the coating. Alkaline antifouling agent was releasing steadily when the coating film was dipped in seawater. As time gone, the pH value of seawater was increasing. Solubility parameter and results showed that there was no corrasive phenomenon between the polyethylene strand and the coating.

红外光谱分析结果表明，出现在A组分中的2275～2250cm~(-1)处的异氰酸酯特征吸收峰、B组分中的3390～3200cm~(-1)处硅羟基的特征吸收峰及出现在固化后涂膜中的1730cm~(-1)处氨基甲酸酯基团的特征吸收峰证明了涂料成膜物质交联固化符合本文的设计要求，即赋予涂膜低表面能特性的有机硅组分通过—OH基团与—NCO基团的反应已经链接到聚氨酯体系中；凝胶渗透色谱结果表明，成膜物质的A、B组分均为低分子量，符合预聚物的要求；涂膜表面能的测算结果表明，涂膜的表面能在33.6～47.17mN／m之间；加入碱式防污剂后涂膜的表面能略有升高；碱式防污剂的释放平稳，随着涂膜在海水中浸泡时间的增长，pH值有增加的趋势；用溶解度参数原则来评价涂料与网绳的涂装，结果表明，本试验研制的防污涂料对聚乙烯网绳无溶蚀作用。

The germination characteristic of the rubber tree seed under high-osmosis stress was observed and the phenomena of growth and dynamic changes of physiology and biochemistry were determined and analysed, and then its ability of drought-resistance was valued.

本试验采用人工模拟研究方法，利用高渗溶液提供标准化的水分逆境条件，对催芽过程中的橡胶树种子进行人工胁迫处理，并筛选出耐高渗胁迫的橡胶籽苗，观测种子的萌发特性和选出籽苗的生理生化特性并对其抗旱性作出评价。
