The characteristics of Agrostis stolonifera turf on campus of Tibet Agriculture and Aninmal Husbandry College were studied. The resulted indicated that this turfgrass had a low value in establishing speed, coverage, color, texture, intensity and density, and it was not fit for turf establishment on the campus under the current low-investment and rough management condition.

研究了西藏林芝地区使用匍茎翦股颖Agrostis stolonifera建立的校园草坪和人行道草坪的一些坪用特性，结果表明，从匍茎翦股颖的生长状况看，该种草坪草在成坪速度、盖度、色泽、质地、强度、密度等方面评价较低，在林芝地区现有的低资金投入和粗放管理水平下该种草坪草不适合作为校园和人行道草坪。

The result showed that:(1) There were a higher density of Ostreidae and Balanidae and a lower biodiversity in the cay sampling section of Daxie Island.(2) No significant difference was found in the macrozoobenthos community among the tide plat sampling section in Daxie Island.(3) There was a lower macrozoobenthos species number, biodiversity, and a higher density of Sternaspis scutata and Capitella capitata than those in the sea area beside Daxie Island. Moreover, a significant difference was found in the macrozoobenthos community between the sea area of Daxie Island and the adjacent islands.

结果发现：(1)大榭岛岩相潮间带断面牡蛎科和藤壶科等科的物种栖息密度较高，生物多样性较低；(2)泥沙相潮间带底栖动物状况与其他海岛差别不显著；(3)大榭岛近岸海域底栖动物种数少于其他海岛近岸海域，且前者不倒翁虫和小头虫等多毛类物种栖息密度较高，生物多样性较低，群落结构与其他区域相差较大；(4)环境质量的生物评价结果显示，大榭岛近岸海域扰动程度高于其他海岛近岸海域。

By studying reservoir rock characteristics, diagenesis and physical property, investigation showed that there were distributary channel, branch channel, mouth bar, distal bar, sand sheet, lakeshore, shallow lake and limestone flat . we concluded that the reservoir of N1～N21 is low porosity and permeability reservoir with the types of primary porosity and secondary intergranular porosity, which is in the early diagenetic stage B into the late diagenetic stage A subperiod. The role of effecting reservoir physical property is deposition, cementation, dissolution and tectonic rupture. After researching of reservoir, we divided it into three categories and division the favorable facies belt and relatively favorable. We think that the favorable facies belt is braided river delta front and partly shallow lake in east of the Fault Ⅶ. favorable reservoir is in the first and the second class.

进一步研究了本区碎屑岩储层的岩石学特征、成岩作用特征、物性特征，研究认为该区储集体类型有分流河道砂体、分支河道砂体、河口坝、远砂坝、席状砂砂体、滨湖砂滩、浅湖砂坝砂体及灰坪；N1层属于低孔、特低渗储层，孔隙类型以原生、次生粒间溶孔为主；分析了影响储层物性的因素主要为沉积作用、胶结作用、溶蚀作用和构造破裂作用；进行了储层评价与有利相带预测，将储层分为三类并划分了有利区带、较有利区带，认为Ⅶ号断层以东的辫状河三角洲前缘亚相和部分浅湖亚相是N1的有利储集相带，储层以Ⅰ、Ⅱ类为主。

Abstract］ Objective For the purpose of scientific evaluation and improvement on unreasonable parameter of viral inactivation,the dynamics curve of time corresponding to effect by given viral inactivation factor treated to blood plasma product were analyzed.Methods Aimed at vesicular stomatitis virus, sindbis virus, human immunodeficiency virus, polioviruses, pseudorabies virus,encephalon-yocarditis virus; validate data of viral inactivated on pasteurization of albumin, human rabies immunoglobulin with pH 4, human immunoglobulin and human hepatitis B immunoglobulin for intravenous injection with pH 4/pasteurization,treatment on human fibrinogen and human coagulation factor Ⅷ with solvent/detergent and vapor heating at 100 ℃30 min were systemic regularized respectively.The mean and standard deviation also coefficient of variation for virus survival titer in different time were stated, dynamics curve of virus inactivation were made and analyzed.
