On the basis of analysis of various combination methods, this paper proposes a method of using fuzzy Borda to get the comprehensive and integrated conclusion from the single evaluation methods. The conclusion is adjusted to meet the needs of different user preferences, and the adjusting rules are given in order to achieve the feasibility and reproducibility of the evaluation process.

在分析了多种组合评价方法的基础上，本文提出了采用模糊Borda法对单一评价方法得出的结论进行综合以得到综合评价结果，并根据不同的需要给出了对综合评价结果的较明确的调整规则，以满足不同用户的偏好，以期对评价工作可操作性和可重现性的实现具有一定的指导意义。

Basing on the limitation analysis of single enterprise evaluation index of supply chain, this paper describes the characteristics, the design principle and function of the supply chain index system, establishes the evaluation index system, then uses level analytic approach to decide the weight of each evaluation index. finally it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study enterprise performance from the perspective of quantitative research and gives the measurement process.

本文在对供应链上单个企业的绩效评价指标的局限性的分析基础上，阐述了供应链指标体系作用及设计原则，并构建了供应链绩效评价指标体系，同时利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重，最后运用模糊综合评价方法从定量的角度对企业绩效评价方法进行研究，并给出评价过程。

This paper studies environmental factors which influences Shanxi market of BYS Pharmaceutical Corporation applying theories and means of marketing and administration, makes qualitative and quantitative evaluation to exterior and interior environmental factors by using EFE and IFE matrix, and analyzes the actual place strategy. This thesis constructs generic mathematic model to estimate franchisers' integrated managerial abilities in order to choose the right middlemen; on how to evaluate dealers' performances, conceives mathematic model of franchisers' performance evaluation pole method to appraise their performances, and applies Fussy evaluation model to estimate the place pattern of pharmaceutical corporation, and makes embedded research into place motivation, conflict management and place improvement.

本文运用市场营销管理、管理学的理论和方法，研究了影响BYS制药企业山西市场营销的环境因素，运用EFE矩阵、IFE矩阵对外部环境、内部环境关键要素进行了定量定性评价；对营销渠道策略进行了分析研究，在对中间商的选择方面，论文构造了中间商的综合经营能力评价与选择的一般数学模型并运用其对中间商的综合经营能力进行了评价；论文对中间商绩效评价进行了探讨；运用Fussy评价模型对BYS制药企业营销渠道模式进行评价；并对渠道策略中的激励、冲突管理以及渠道改进等方面的内容进行了深入的研究。

The present engineering quality evaluation systems and criterions are investigated and compared in this paper. The analytic hierarchy process method of engineering quality evaluation is applied for the construction of quality grade evaluation systems for municipal bridge engineering, which include the choice of evaluation system, evaluation method, evaluation index and the confirmation of the index weights, the consistency analysis of judgment matrix, correction of index weights.

本文对目前工程质量评价体系和规范对工程质量评价方法进行了系统的研究和比较，运用层次分析方法构建了市政桥梁工程的质量评价体系，主要包括对评价体系的选择、评价方法、评价指标及指标权重的确定，判断矩阵的一致性分析，指标权重的修正。

In order to evaluating objectively application performance of MRPII/ERP, the paper puts forward a synthetic appraising index system and a model based on comparing APICS"s "ABCD Checking List" and SPICS"s "Assessing on Application of MRPII", combining application situation of ERP in Chinese businesses. The author hopes that the system can help domestic enterprises appraise application performance of MRPII/ERP comprehensively and scientifically.
