该模型克服了传统评价方法主要从辐射危害的角度进行评价的局限，能综合评价铀矿山井下空气的质量。采用该模型对某铀矿井4个用风点的空气质量进行了评价，获得了4个用风点空气质量综合评价等级和应采取的相应的对策。评价结果能为铀矿井通风系统的设计和空气质量的安全评价提供参考。

Aiming at some problems of oil﹠gas drilling safety assessment methods, such as bad cooperation, not scientific of general judgment, not comprehensive or exact of the index contents and so on, considering the wide meaning, complex, high chiasma and faintness of oil﹠gas drilling process safety assessment index and the complexity of the assessment system itself and the particularity of hoisting system, this paper mainly studies on safety assessment indexes system and safety assessment method of oil﹠gas drilling hoisting system process .

针对目前油气钻井作业安全评价分析方法的配合性差、综合评判的科学性不强、评价指标反映的内容不全面和不准确等问题，并考虑到油气钻井作业安全评价指标体系中评价指标含义面广、交叉性和模糊性强，以及评价指标体系结构自身的复杂性和油气钻井作业八大系统中起升系统作业的特殊性，本论文重点对油气钻井起升系统作业安全评价指标体系及安全评价分析方法进行了研究。

First of all, confirm the overall evaluating indicators and the base indicators of public transport network in Chinese large cities through repetitive comparison, discussion and consultation to relevant experts; among the base indicators in the overall evaluating indicators, composite the basic probability assignment of evaluation indicators with Dempster-Shafer Theory composition rule upon different experts' experiences and preferences of the expert group, and amalgamate the evaluations of different experts to further obtain the evaluation value of base indicators.

首先通过反复比较、探讨和征询有关专家的意见，确定大城市公交线网综合评价指标及子指标，在综合评价指标的子指标中，对专家组中不同专家的经验和偏好，用证据理论合成规则对评价指标的基本概率赋值进行合成，将不同专家的评价进行融合，获得子指标的评价值，然后通过突变理论将评价指标及子指标作为控制变量进行地面公交线网的综合评价，对北京市进行算例分析结果表明，该方法对大城市公交线网的综合评价是可行。

To the problem that the isotropy and the technological efficiency of the parallel kinematic machine based on Stewart platform are not satisfactory, a novel architecture of 6-DOF 3-dimensional platform parallel kinematic machine (6-DOF 3-D PPKM) based on the 2-2-2-SPS 3-D PPR is presented. The technological efficiency of design of the parallel kinematic machine is analyzed. Its workspace and the effect of design parameters to the workspace volume are studied. By using the submatrices of Jacobian matrix and force Jacobian matrix, the kinematics/mechanics transmission isotropic indices, kinematics transmission indices, load-bearing capacity indices at any configuration of the parallel kinematic machine are proposed, respectively.

By synthesizing theories of systems engineering, science of talent, talent assessment, performance appraisal and bibliometrics, the author analyzes the qualification structure and performance structure of theachers in military academies and sets up a basic structure and concrete appraisal indicator system of qualifications of technical specialty for teachers in colleges. The author puts forward new appraisal indicators such as "lecuring hours coefficient","republication coefficient","thesis of core journals coefficient" and "citation coefficient". Comparatively complete quantification approaches are invented by the author for working performance of teaching, researching and social service of teachers. Based on this, the author establishes an integrated method to generate the appraisal results. By the application of stadardized processing on the appraisal results and synthetization of weighted indexes, the author solves the addibility and comparability problems of differentiated appraisal results by category or dimensiok, and realizes the amalgamation and comprehensive appraisal of inflexible appraisalresults and flexible appraisal results, and probes into the testification methods of validity, consistency and sensitivity analysis for the indicators system.

本文在对传统的视唱练耳教学评价进行反思后，从发展性视唱练耳教学评价理论依据、理念、特点出发，以本人任职的泉州师范学院音乐系视唱练耳学科为例，通过历史法与文献法、访谈法、观察法和行动研究法的调查分析，从如何进行学生评价、教师评价、教材评价三个方面，对发展性视唱练耳教学评价在泉州师范学院音乐系视唱练耳教学评价中的实施进行初步研究，为视唱练耳教学评价改革提供了新的信息。

Secondly, it aimed the research on model and method of railway large-sized passenger terminals emergency capability assessment. It designed the emergency capability assessment index system including the MECE principle during the design. After in-deep studied the hierarchy entropy analysis method to dealing with the weight, it calculated the weights of the emergency capability assessment indexes. And it studied the risk assessment model based on the set-valued statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, proposed the emergency capability assessment model based on the risk. During the research on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the paper improved the circular distribution subordinate function to calculate the index membership.
