根据某厂两条换热器生产流水线的现状和冷却降温的工艺要求，用Airpark 软件进行数值模拟，分析了冷却系统无法满足工艺要求的原因；运用传热学原理进行了设备与环境的传热理论分析和计算，分析了冷却系统无法满足工艺要求的原因，得出了改造所需要的技术与结构参数，并对冷却系统进行合理布局与气流组织，使新的冷却系统发挥了应有的作用，满足了生产工艺的要求，同时也减轻了生产环境的热污染，提高了环境的空气品质。
