In preface, author discusses the meaning of this study and the actual state of research about culture of Tibetan oath at home and abroad. The first chapter analyzes two basic sources of oath culture. In the second chapter, by analyzing literature and actual examples, author explores the problem which the definition of "oath" is unclear in Tibetan dictionary. Combining with the definition of oath, in the third chapter ,the author differs the concept among promise, treaty, bargain and caution money. The fourth chapter is mainly about the element of oath; In the fifth chapter , author divides and explores the different content and meaning of Tibetan oath.

前言"论述了这篇论文的研究意义和目前国内外对于藏族盟誓文化的研究现状；第一章"盟誓文化的产生"论述了盟誓习俗产生的两个基本根源：思想根源和社会根源；第二章"盟誓的定义"通过分析文献资料和实例，对一些藏文词典中存在的对于"盟誓"的定义不够明确的问题进行了商榷和探讨；第三章"盟誓和几个近义词的区别"结合盟誓的定义，对诺言、条约、契约、保证金几个概念的定义进行区分；第四章"盟誓的要素"结合《格萨尔王传》论述了盟誓需要具备的要素；第五章"誓言的内容特征"中结合《格萨尔王传》中的盟誓形式，划分和探讨藏族盟誓的不同内容和意义；第六章"遵守誓言的意义和不守誓言的罪孽"通过相关文献资料分别探讨了遵守誓言的积极影响和不守誓的消极影响；第七章"违誓忏悔"论述了在违背誓言后，反省改过的意义；最后，"后记对《格萨尔王传》中的盟誓文化进行了概括总结，指出这一文化突显了藏族人民崇尚真诚的品格和渴望和谐的心愿。

After discoursing on it and introducing the position of the China privately fund and the position of international privately fund, I will discuss the significance of the development of China privately fund. Then I will discuss the operation and the controlment of risk of the privately fund, finally I will introduce the international supervisement of the privately fund and discuss the supervisement of the China privately fund.

第一部分主要论述私募基金的一般状况，介绍了我国私募基金的现状以及私募基金在海外的状况；第二部分主要论述我国发展私募基金的意义，探讨我国私募基金发生的原因，并分析私募基金会对我国有什么好处，到底会产生怎么样的不良影响；第三部分主要论述私募基金的运作方式和风险控制，介绍了美国私募基金的运作方式，结合我国的实际情况，探讨适合中国国情的运作方式，并提出风险控制的方法；第四部分主要论述私募基金的监管，介绍了国际上对私募基金的监管方式、内容，并结合中国私募基金存在的问题，构想适合中国国情的监管方式。

In the second part, it is argued that the effect of Novum Organum on the philosophy and science is just as the function of beacon. The thesis in this part systematically introduces Bacon\'s basic and extensive thoughts excluding Baconian Induction, Theory of the Idols and the Empirical Epistemology that people have thoroughly researched; moreover, the mistakes which people have made are corrected and the limitations of the viewpoints of Novum Organum are also focused on. In the third part, Bacon\'s basic and extensive scientific and technological researches are discussed. Regarded to this, the thesis finds that people only paid attention to Bacon\'s view that heat is a motion which Bacon took lots of space in Novum Organum to summarized according to Baconian Induction.

本文总共分为四大部分：首先，分析《新工具》是对亚里斯多德《工具论》的勇敢挑战，并着重论述了培根的政治和文化背景对他的新思想所造成的深刻影响；其次，系统探讨《新工具》在哲学和科学中起到的灯塔作用，本文论述了培根的基本哲学和科学思想及具体应用和反映，但是对前人已深入探讨过的培根式归纳法、四假象说和经验认识论不再论述，同时对前人的一些误读进行澄清，并分析培根的《新工具》在哲学和科学思想方面的局限；再次，对前人很少涉猎的《新工具》中的科学研究方面进行系统论述，本文发现人们基本上仅仅注意到了培根在《新工具》中大篇幅运用培根式归纳法进行举例论证的热动说，而对这本书中其他的科学研究不甚关注。

The first chapter expounds that life care of the traditional culture constitutes the solid foundation and psychological support for Zhu Guangqian's study of traditional aesthetic thought, and elaborates the unique discovery that there is a deep connection between Zhu Guangqian and the literary theory of the Tong Cheng School. The second chapter sets forth the experience of Zhu Guangqian's traditional aesthetics which takes interest as the theoretical pivot, empathy as the theoretical core, and artistic life as the destination. and deeply explores and analyzes the inside information of the traditional culture and the dilemma of the fusion of the Chinese and western cultures contained in Zhu Guangqian's empathy thought. The third chapter discusses Zhu Guangqian's identification to affective intention experience of the traditional aesthetics and experience approach of the aesthetic feeling. The fourth chapter states Zhu Guangqian's prospects of life significance and ponderation of imaginal thinking in his later years.

It consists of three parts which are as the followings: th" first part, from a double angles of the literature and history, dwells on Wang Meng"s as a writing subject, choosing his writing way and persisting in his art individually. The second part, from the style of the language and rhetorical tractics, proves formal features and meanings of Wang Mengs fictions. The third part, from the perspective of the cultural heart and fictional writing, deals with the balance or incline between his traditional emotion and the modern reason, among the temple, square and folk.

本论文分三个部分论述了王蒙的小说创作：一、从文学与历史的双重维度，论述王蒙作为创作主体对于艺术个性的坚守及其小说文本的意义；二、从语言风格和修辞策略的角度，论述王蒙小说的形式表征及其内蕴；三、从创作心理与文化心态的角度，论述王蒙及其创作在传统与现代、庙堂与广场、民间之间的平衡与倾斜。
