In the fourth part, after a series of theoretical discourse, the paper describes blank-leaving theory's function and application strategies in the production of film and TV with lots of examples of films and teleplays. At last, it is indicated that for this theory, there are three important application strategies: audio-vision processing, abridgement of narrative and information detaining.

本文分为五部分，第一部分，从风险与科技风险的内涵入手论述科技风险与风险社会的关系，系统地介绍一下风险社会的相关理论；第二部分，从内部因素和外部因素两方面来论述，探析科技风险产生的原因；第三部分，介绍当代西方社会规制科技风险的工作，西方国家不仅进行理论的反思，而且也着手实践的尝试；第四部分，介绍中国当代社会的特征与规制科技风险的工作现状；第五部分，论述中国规制科技风险的措施与建议。

This article first introduces the surveys of marine monitoring buoy, elaborates many kinds of form in buoy mooring, then illustrates the tighten elastic mooring technology, analyses the requirement of material choice and technical specification in each part of the buoy. It also demonstrates the concrete technology in attachment devices and proves the usage of tighten elastic mooring technology in this project.

So, this paper will discuss them in three chapters.In Chapter I, the paper starts from Xiao Hong's "complex of loneliness", discusses her childhood, marriage and social life, rootles the real reason which oppresses her free soul: the life without voice and ego. Chapter II starts from her unique writing mode, discusses how she found the way to emit her own voice, say her own words, and also about her animadvert on sex discrimination and her discover of the common people's hard life. In this chapter, it also involves several images, which represent the hard life condition of the common people. Chapter III discusses several groups of unique images such as "the back garden", which represent the spree and release of free soul. It shows Xiao Hong's permanent longing for freedom,"love and mildness".

基于此，本文着重从这两方面出发，分三章作如下探讨：第一章，从萧红的&寂寞情结&入手，分别就其童年生活、婚姻生活、社会生活三方面论述萧红自我声音的长期受到压制以至于消解，从而挖掘出导致其自由心灵压抑的真正原因——&无声&的、没有自我的生活；第二章则从她执著于自我的文体形式着手，论述她如何寻求到发出自己的声音、言说自己的话语的方式，并就她对女性艰难境遇的忧患和对普通民众苦难生涯的揭示作了评述，其间，涉及到萧红设置的几组表现民众艰难生存状况的意象；第三章专章论述萧红小说中几组以&后花园&为核心的、表现自由心灵的释放与张扬的独特意象，得出她对自由、对&爱和温暖&永久的憧憬和向往的结论。

首先，笔者对风景名胜区的一些基础理论知识，风景名胜区的概念、构成要件、功能、历史发展等问题进行论述，其中重点辨析了风景名胜区与自然保护区、森林公园、旅游区、外国国家公园的区别，通过性质、定义、设立条件、宗旨、建设方针等几方面的比较，可以看出风景名胜区与其他区域有很大差别，是一个独立的法定区域；其次，笔者对中国和国外风景名胜区立法概况进行分析，国外将风景名胜区列入国家公园或保护区体系，并制定了专门的《保护区法》和《国家公园法》，而中国相应立法则比较薄弱，中国目前没有一部专门的风景名胜区立法，只有一部国务院在1985年颁布的行政法规——《风景名胜区管理暂行条例》：再次，笔者对我国风景名胜区存在的规划、管理、产权设置和我国现有的风景名胜区立法存在问题进行论述，现阶段要加强对风景名胜区的保护管理，挽救风景名胜区，必须着手制定《风景名胜区法》；最后，笔者对我国《风景名胜区法》的立法宗旨、立法原则、权属制度、管理体制、法律责任等基本框架进行论述。

There are three parts in the main body of the thesis: first the author discussed the origin of charitable spirit, the change in the spirit and acts of modern charities and its new features; meanwhile, the author also gave an introduction of the purpose and scope of charities; second, the author made a further discussion on basic causes of the development of almshouses and charitable associations in Chongqing during that period, their organizational system; and then discussed the breeding fields with modern features and some characters of clan, and some problems and disputes happened among them, and then discussed the relationship among government, civilian, and gentry. Finally, the author gave a summary of the difference and indifference of the charities in Chongqing and Shanghai by comparing of them.

正文首先，论述了中国慈善思想的源流，近代慈善事业在思想与办善举措上的转变状况，以及慈善事业出现的新特征，同时，介绍了慈善事业的落脚点与范围；其次，论述了清末民初重庆综合善堂、善会发展的根本原因，以及善堂、善会的基本建制：接着论述了重庆具有近代特色与宗族特点的教养工场，以及民间善堂、善会中出现的问题与纠纷，并由此分析了官一民一绅在慈善事业中的关系；最后，通过对重庆与上海两地慈善事业的比较，总结了慈善事业在两地的异同。

Chapter 3 the Persian war, chapter 4 the Vandal war, chapter 5 the Gothic war are all about the same issue "Wars and Peace."By analyzing every war's cause, process, I then make a conclusion of Procopius'conception of history. Chapter 6 "Natural Calamity and Human Disaster"analyzes and discusses the Plague of Constantinople in 542-543 and "Nika riot"in 532. In chapter 7 "Legend, Customs and Natural Phenomena", besides a scrutiny of Procopius'history criticism, I examine and sum up three kinds of digressions in this work. The last chapter "Military and Religion"inquires into the military organization , armies of the services, equipments, strategy and tactics, weapons of Byzantine empire. This chapter also probes into the attitude of Procopius on Christian, heresies and paganism; The epilogue is a conclusion of this dissertation, making a systematic exposition on Procopius'conception of history.

对这三大战争的研究，笔者采用述论相结合的方法，首先分析各大战争爆发的原因，然后详细分析战争的过程，纠正普罗柯比的正误、讳言之处，通过与其他史料的相互对比还原历史真相，总结经验教训，最后，在每章的总结部分论述战争的结果及其对交战双方的影响，通过对具体内容的分析归纳总结普罗柯比的历史观；第六章&天灾与人祸&主要对《战记》中记载的542-543 年君士坦丁堡大瘟疫和532 年尼卡暴乱加以分析论述，通过普罗柯比与其他史家记载的对比探寻查士丁尼大瘟疫的起源、传播路径、症状、传染介质、死亡人数、政府对策及其影响等问题，通过对尼卡暴乱目击者记录的分析揭示尼卡暴乱爆发的原因、真实过程，对尼卡暴乱作出公允的评价；在第七章&神话传说、民族风俗和自然现象&中，通过普罗柯比对这三类插话描写的总结和评论，分析他的历史批判法；在最后一章&军事与宗教&中，剥开《战记》的表层内容，对其中蕴含的较深层次的思想内容进行研究，如拜占廷帝国的军队组织、兵种、装备、战略战术、军事武器等内容的探讨，同时也就普罗柯比对基督教和异教、异端的态度加以分析论述；最后的结语部分主要是作全文的总结，阐述普罗柯比的历史观。
