论述

This research tried to construct the develop track of urban writing of Taiwan new literature from 20's to 30's. On the basis, I resurveyed the previous research on history of Taiwan literature during Japanese period, which is revolved around the traditional countryside and the pauperism. Furthermore, this thesis would reflect the contemporary discourse on colonial modernity under the grand narrative of national perspective, de-colonization, and resistance spirit.

本研究试图建构出二、三○年代台湾新文学都市书写的发展脉络；并藉著都市书写的发展脉络重新审视既有以农村、贫民为中心的日治时期台湾文学论述，进而反思当代研究者在国族命运、反殖民、抵抗精神等「大叙述」中过分偏重「殖民性」、现代性反而遭到虚位化、扁平化的「殖民地现代性论述」。

The changes of track traffic planning objects caused by the concept of sustainable development are analyzed based retracing the background and progress of sustainable development and discussing the relationship between track traffic and sustainable development.

1回顾了可持续发展提出的背景及研究进展，论述了交通可持续发展的原则和内涵，并论述了轨道交通与可持续发展的关系。在此基础上，分析了可持续发展的概念导致轨道交通规划目标的转变。

Part I : Retrospecting from our country"s development and capital market of publicly held company, the thesis analyzes the present situation of the stated-owned enterprises" bad benefits and great loss, and explains the negative effects which are caused by unreasonable enterprise system and the disposing pattern of social fund.

本文分四部分进行系统的论述：第一部分，通过对我国股份制企业的发展和资本市场创建历程的回顾，从企业角度对国有企业普遍存在的效益不佳，亏损严重的现状进行分析，阐述了过去不合理企业体制和社会资金配置格局给企业带来的负面影响，论述了资本市场的发展成熟必将给改革中的我国股份制企业注入生机和活力。

There are four parts in this thesis: the first mainly describes what in-service teacher education has changed in information age and the relationship between constructivism and web-based in-service teacher education; the second and the third are the main part of this thesis, mainly analyzing scaffolded instruction theory, and constructing a web-based scaffold theory model and its implementation model based these analyses, then discussing some problems those should be noticed in the development of web-based course; the fourth discusses a practical study for how to apply the model into practice.

论文分成四大部分：第一部分主要论述了在信息时代教师继续教育的变化以及建构主义理论与网络化教师继续教育的关系；第二部分和第三部分是论文的主体部分，主要针对支架式教学进行理论分析，并在分析的基础上建构了基于网络的支架模型及其实施模型，然后以此模型为指导论述了网络课程开发应注意的一些问题；然后在第四部分以前面的分析为基础进行了一个实例研究，以进一步探讨此模型的实际可行性。

第二部分，考察了土地革命战争时期毛泽东对农民问题的进一步论述，分析了毛泽东对农民和农村在中国革命中的地位和作用的认识、对农村各阶级的分析，以及对土地革命的阶级路线政策的论述。

第三部分，考察了抗日战争和解放战争时期毛泽东对农民问题论述的系统化和深化，分析了毛泽东对农民在中国革命中的地位和作用的认识、对农民土地问题的深入、系统论述，考察了毛泽东关于解放区农业发展的思想以及关于农业社会主义改造的初步设想。

The first two chapters look back the urbanization and status of American municipality before the end of 19th century; and discuss the city boss in the latter part of 19th century; following two chapters discusses American municipal reform in the progressive movement; chapter five analyzes the theoretical contribution of Richard Childs-father of city-manager plan; the last two chapters highlight the establishment and growth of city-manager plan.

第一章回顾了美国19世纪末以前城市化的进程；第二章论述了市政体制早期的发展和19世纪后半期城市老板僭权；第三、四章论述了进步运动时期的市政体制改革；第五章阐释了城市经理制之父——理查德·蔡尔斯对城市经理制的理论贡献；第六、七章对城市经理制的诞生及其基本发展脉络进行了分析和综述。

The current study aims at distinctions of facework employment between Chinese and western culture, and leaning towards mixing. The discussion mainly focus on the followings: the analysis of characteristics of traditional"li"culture; Chinese concept of"face"in"li"culture; individualism in American culture; individualism in Chinese communication;the acceptance of"li"in American concept of face. What is really new in this study is to find out new tendency of mixing of"face"concepts in Chinese-Western communication.
