Compared with 18 NOSAS patients ,awake time,number of arousals,Stage I sleep,apnea plus hypopnta index,Snoring index in OSAS patients increased higher(P＜ 0.01);slow wave sleep,lowest SaO2 score and wechsler memory scale score in 18 OSAS patients decreased lower (P＜ 0.01).maximum apnea time and mean apnea time were longer in 18 OSAS patient than that in 18 NOSAS patients.

结果 OSAS组打鼾、睡眠憋醒、白天嗜睡、记忆减退症状较无OSAS组明显增多(P＜0.01)。与无OSAS组比较，OSAS组醒觉次数、觉醒时间、I期睡眠、鼾声指数及呼吸紊乱指数增高，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期深睡眠减少，夜间最低血氧饱和度及韦氏记忆量表分减少，最长呼吸及平均呼吸暂停时间延长(P均＜0.01)。
