本文运用教育心理学、教学论等分科理论与方法，重点分析高师公共课教育学存在的问题是：部分教师思想封闭、素质和教学水平不高，缺乏对角色职责的全面认识；不少师范生认识偏狭、学习能力差，缺乏学习的内部动力；教学内容空泛，缺乏针对性和适用性；教学方式、方法、手段呆板单一，缺乏灵活性和多样性；教学管理不够完善。
