Using Spatial Lag Model and Spatial Error Model, a spatial econometric analysis on institutional spillover effect of marketization degree in China's provinces and the effect on regional economic growth is performed. The results of spatial analysis show that after nearly 30 years' development of China's provincial economies reform and opening, the spatial association becomes closer while geographical clustering obviously intensifies, and the institutional spillover effect among the provinces becomes confessedly.

摘要本文从空间分析的角度研究各地区市场化进程的空间效应及其对区域经济增长绩效的影响，空间计量经济分析的结果表明市场化进程的空间分布在整个样本区间与GDP、资本和劳动一样呈现出集聚的趋势，区域差异显著，各地区的市场化进程在地理空间上存在显著的自相关关系，证实了各地区市场化进程存在制度溢出效应。

Through the analysis of the increment, storage and configurative conditions in three industrial of agricultural and husbandry areas of Inner Mongolia,we calculate the participant factors'efficiency and construct economic model of the optimized configuration. The thesis points out that now the ratio of human resource of the optimized configuration factors in Inner Mongolia agricultural and husbandry is not at the best ratio point.

首先，从农牧区人力资源的增量、存量和在三次产业中的结构配置状况分析了内蒙古农牧区人力资源的现状；其次，利用线性回归的分析方法，对农牧区各投入要素对经济增长的贡献进行了测算，分析了影响农牧区人力资源配置效率的因素，并构建了农牧区人力资源优化配置计量模型，据此分析得到：内蒙古农牧区物质资本与人力资本投资比例位于最佳比例点附近，且大于最佳比例，需要通过增量调整来实现产出最大化。
