The detailed study have been done to control the production stripping ratio ,the economic stripping ratio and optimal limit depth in the exploitation of middle and bottom LanYingXu stope .The economic mathematical model has been established and the application has been built in windows visional system. The optimal result can offer the referenced. Basis for mining production ,for organization and management.

并根据兰营徐统一采场后，生产面临的剥采比增大、废石运量增加、运输能力降低、露天开采深度越来越大的生产实际问题，对兰营徐采场中深部开采的生产剥采的控制、经济合理剥采比及最终开采深度进行了详细的研究，建立了经济数学模型，并编制了Windows环境下的可视化的应用程序，计算出了优化结果，为矿山生产、组织管理提供了参考依据。

最后则提出一套适用於中低层RC建筑结构之实用耐震诊断法，依照合理假设之地震力竖向分配型态及ATC-40建议公式，可再将层剪力-层间变位曲线换算为基底剪力-屋顶位移能力曲线，并计算对应之等效周期、阻尼比与PGA，除可评估结构整体之崩塌地表加速度外，也可由特定PGA反推对应的构件破坏程度，亦可配合震后折损修正，应用於结构之震后与经年耐震评估。
