This research used option-based structural model: Merton Model and the Implied Volatility Model which visualized an option on the firm's equity that expired before the debt mature was a compound option and was proposed by Hull, Nelken and White in 2004. Then compare the fitting and ranking ability in the model implied credit spread of the two structural model to the observed bond credit spread between corporate bond yield and bond yield in Taiwan's listed companies.

本研究运用选择权基础的信用风险模型：Merton(1974)模型与Hull， Nelken and White(2004)提出将个股选择权视为复合选择权的Implied Volatility模型，比较这两个结构式信用风险模型所计算出的隐含信用利差对台湾上市、柜公司之公司债殖利率与公债殖利率间实际的信用利差之配适能力与排序能力。

本文从可靠度理论的基本概念和原理出发，主要论述了结构杆件和系统可靠性分析和计算方法。在前人研究的基础上，利用失效概率推导出连续梁系统可靠指标的计算方法，本文还根据高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金资助项目《大跨度预应力混凝土桥塑性行为的研究》所进行的十四片两跨混凝土连续梁桥模型试验的数据算出各梁承载能力的系统可靠指标。

The main contents are as follows. By the experiments of two joints under low-reversed cyclic loading, the paper analyzes the failure pattern, energy dissipation, ductility and cracking in the joint cores, evaluates the seismic performances and anti-crack behaviors of the joints, and deduces the anti-crack formula of the subassemblage and prestressed frame joint. Through the finite element analysis software Ansys , the paper analyzes the specimens nonlinearly, and the theoretical analysis results are well consistent with those of the experiment.

Aggregation Behavior and the Hard Water Resistant Ability of Linear Alkylbenzene Sulphonate :MesoDyn Simulation and Quantum Calculation Study The quantum calculation and MesoDyn simulation were combined in this paper, the Critical Micella Concentration difference of LAS and AS was studied by the simulation, and aggregation morphology as well as aggregation behavior of linear alkylbenze sulfonate in aqueous solution was investigated by MesoDyn simulation in the presence and absence of shear.

According to Johnson's Rule and IR spectra, their possible structures are suggested. The bonding parameters of those complexes are calculated by ESR parameters. And the crystal field parameters are calculated by using electronic spectral data. It can be seen that the vanadyl complexes in the solution are ionic complexes and that the α〓 values of those complexes decrease following the increasing of the N donor replacing the O donor of water on the equatorial plane in those complexes. This means that the covalent bonding between vanadium and ligand increases as Ser, Phen or Bipy replace water ligands. The results show the competitive coordinate law that the coordination reactivity of Phen and Bipy is much stronger than that of Ser. The simulation program of ESR is compiled by the theory of ESR in the present work.

测定了VO-丝氨酸二元体系、VO-丝氨酸-邻菲咯啉三元体系和VO-丝氨酸联吡啶三元体系在不同酸度下（pH=1.0～14.0）的乙二醇／水（V／V=1：1）溶液低温ESR谱，发现不同pH下，溶液中具有不同组成的配合物，根据不同pH下ESR谱的变化，利用Johnson的加合规则并结合红外光谱，推测了它们在溶液中的可能结构；利用波谱参数计算了配合物键参数；利用电子光谱数据计算了配合物的晶体场参数，讨沦了它们的成配特性，结果表明：VO配合物属离子型配合物，随取代水分子的配体（Ser、Phen或Bipy）数目增加，键参数减小，配合物共价性增强，同时得出这些体系中，生物配体竞争配位规律：Phen和Bipy与VO的配位能力比Ser强。
