Discussion is made to some properties of aspheric surface. A novel method is presented to define and calculate the best fitting sphere and the asphericity of high order aspheric surface. Thus, the asphericity calculations of the conicoid and high order aspheric surfaces are unified.

First of all, Cauchy inequality is used to obtain a basic inequality. Secondly, the functions of basis are made by Galerkin method, and the error estimates of eignevalues are obtained by Cauchy inequality. At last, the computational method of the approximate value of the eigenvalues turns out immediately, and accuracy of the-th approximate value is estimated by the n-tb approximate value.

Based on the fundamental theory of celestial mechanics and the discussion of two body problem under the action of universal gravitation ,the general model which can be continuously used to calculate the apparent place of celestial body in the solar system was derived.
