In studying the linear response of the dressed quark propagator in the presence of the variable external field, we derive a general expression for the vacuum susceptibility, based on the two-point external field formula in the Quantum Chromodynamical sum rule. The expressions we have derived for the calculation of vacuum susceptibility are model independent. Then we use the expressions to calculate the renormalised axial vector, vector and tensor vacuum susceptibilities.

接下来在研究夸克传播子在外场中的线性响应时，我们利用QCD求和规则两点外场公式推导出了一般的计算真空磁化率的公式（以变化的轴矢量外场为例），我们这里推导出的真空磁化率的计算公式是模型无关的。

The assessment formula for shear capacity was established as well, and in which various impact factors of shear strength was considered comprehensively.3. Directed against the main forms of transverse connection in concrete beam bridges, model test and finite element analysis were carried out to find the impact laws of damage on concrete T-beam bridges, in which the three ways of hinged joint, flange rigid connection and cross slab rigid connection were considered. Transverse distribution and degenerate state of transverse connection were studied under various damage conditions. Based on the analysis of test and simulation results, the rule of live load adjustment coefficient of T-beam bridge was put forward, as well as the calculation formula.4. In view of the influence of the damaged transverse connections to load effect, the load effect model was amended by live load adjustment coefficient.

依据损伤出现频率与重要性等级，提出典型损伤混凝土梁式桥按体系损伤、构件损伤和材料损伤三个层次进行评定的原则。2、基于构件和材料层次损伤评估研究成果，对比分析损伤机理和适用条件，提出了《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG D62-2004)抗弯承载力修正计算公式、抗剪承载力修正计算公式以及综合考虑抗剪强度影响因素的抗剪承载力评定公式。3、针对混凝土梁式桥主要横向连接形式，分别按铰结、翼缘刚接和横隔梁刚性连接损伤对T桥梁桥承载能力的影响进行了模型试验和有限元分析，研究了不同损伤工况对T梁桥荷载横向分配的影响及横向连接状态退化情况。

Main creative points of the thesis are as following:1. It is the first time to apply 2-D and 3-D turbulent model of the air-water two phases flow to the study on hydraulic properties of groyne. It makes description of the turbulent flow field to be possible precisely. This offers a more accurate method to determine the water surface in channel improvement.2. Based on the results of experiment and simulation for 3-D turbulent model of air-water two phases flow, a new formula to compute the height of damming is built.3. Based on the 2-D mode and the formula to compute the height of damming, the subdivision method of 2-D computation for water surface at upstream and downstream.

本文的创新工作主要是：首次将三维水气两相流紊流数学模型应用于丁坝水动力学特性研究，使丁坝附近流场和紊动场的精细描述成为可能，为航道整治中水面线确定提供了一个更为准确的方法；(2)基于水槽实验和三维水气两相流紊流数学模型数值模拟结果，建立了新的丁坝前奎水高度计算公式；(3)基于上述奎水高度计算公式和本文二维水面计算数学模型，首次提出了丁坝上下游二维水面分段计算方法。

According to the characteristic that the definition point of the Q matrix of wave front is always located on the extremum point on the axis of the beam, a three-dimensional formula for the rectificative factor of phase in complex ray paraxial approximation is proposed, which calculates the rectificative factor of phase directly without considering the calculation of the main directions and curvatures and the rotation of the coordinates, thus simplifying the paraxial approximation calculation by the complex ray expansion method.

The computational formula of dew point temperature was presented according to the physical feature of water vapor such as Michell's saturated water vapour pressure formula. Surface temperature inside wall body was also calculated. Then the comparison between them verified whether wall body has dew. At the same time, the temperatures of every material layer inside wall body were calculated. The partial pressures of saturated water vapour and actual partial pressures of water vapour for every material layer inside wall body were obtained. The two were compared so as to verify whether condensation appears inside wall body.

It is found that, the calculation results from formulas specified in GB50010-20 agree with the test results on uncracked prestressed concrete beams to great extent, and formulas specified in AC1318-99 are more suitable for calculation of those postcracked prestressed concrete beams, but formulas in both codes are not ideal for the calculation when loads near the crack ones.
