Based on existing partial stability calculation procedure, a new calculation system of stability was developed. After the calculation of resistance and stability, new systematic analysis method for drafting towing scheme of BFP was put forward for the first time, and presented the towing scheme of type B BFP. The analysis method can be widely used in the systematic analysis of ocean large-scale structure towing with pontoons.

The development of an equal precision frequency and phase meter based on FPGA is introduced in this paper, mainly about the design of hardware and software. The Design mainly includes three modules: counting module, calculating module and displaying module. The number of period of a signal is counted by counting module, data from counting module is computed by calculating module, and finally the result from calculating module is showed by displaying module.

本文通过对CTCS3级系统组成结构、功能、接口的分析和研究，在参照ETCS2级需求规范的基础上，总结出了CTCS3级仿真测试平台中车载仿真子系统的结构划分、主要功能设计、接口设计等，对仿真子系统的软件进行了总体设计，并利用C++ Builder 6.0开发平台实现了CTCS3级车载设备仿真子系统的软件开发，实现了车载设备的主要功能，包括：最严格速度曲线的计算、动态速度曲线的计算、车载里程的计算、顶棚速度监督、MA速度的监督、速度比较干预、发送列车位置报告、计算MA终点，接收应答器报文等功能。

Based on the forenamed theory, Estimated the Total Electron Content including the second-order ionospheric error. Established the 2°×2° geomagnetic vector grid-model over mostly area of China , then processed some dual-frequency data to indicate the algorithm is feasible and correct. Obtained some useful conclusion after analyzing the result of data processing.
