E. 3-allyloxyisothiazole and N-allylisothiazolone, were synthesized with 3-mercaptopropionate as the starting material through ammonolysis, cyclization and allylation reactions.

以3-巯基丙酸甲酯为原料，经氨解、关环、烯丙基化合成了2种含有不饱和侧链的异噻唑类化合物，分别为3-烯丙氧基异噻唑和N-烯丙基异噻唑啉酮。

A novel synthetic approach of 3,3'-azobis(6-amino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine) was firstly devised. Taking 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine as a primary material, DAAT was synthesized by high pressure ammonolysis and potassium permanganate oxidation. Compared with the four-step reaction in the literature, this new approach was reduced to two steps with a yield of 58.1%. The intermediate and DAAT were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectra.

自行设计了3，3'-偶氮双(6-氨基-1，2，4，5-四嗪)新合成路线、采用3，5-双(3，5-二甲基吡唑-1-基)-1，2，4，5-四嗪为原料，由文献报道的4步反应缩减为2步，经高压氨解、高锰酸钾氧化合成了DAAT，总收率大幅提高，达到58.1%，并采用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱等进行了结构表征。

All compounds are synthesized starting from the acylation reaction of gallic acid with L-glutamine to form the basic scaffold, followed by the cyclic reaction in acetic anhydride and the key intermediate cyclic anhydride (compound 4) was obtained. The intermediate compound is condensed with different amino acids or primary amines, and produces the target compounds.

A series of reactions may occur when the nitrous acid and naphthalene inside the atmospheric aqueous phases is exposed to sunlight. This article devotes to investigating from a microscopic angle the reaction mechanism and kinetics of this system using laser flash photolysis technique with an excitation wavelength of 355nm. The main research results are listed as below:(1) The OH quantum yield FOH for the photolysis of HNO2 in the aqueous phase was determined to be 0.234 and the absorption spectrum of OH radical was recorded as well.

本文以激光闪光光解为主要研究手段，考察了大气液滴中的HNO2及HNO2+萘体系经355nm紫外光照射后发生的微观反应及其机理，结果表明：(1)液滴中的HNO2经355nm光照产生OH自由基的量子产额为FOH=0.234；以瞬态技术记录了水相中的OH自由基的吸收光谱。
