Objective According to the anatomy of posteromedial distal tibia ,the posteromedial anatomical plate was designed . It will provide a new fixation material for the fracture of distal tibia.

目的：根据胫骨远端后内侧解剖学特征，设计一种胫骨远端后内侧解剖钢板，为临床上胫骨远端骨折提供一种新的内固定材料。

Methods Through the 40 cases of healthy adults living tibia for the CT scanning and three-dimensional image reconstruction,the anatomy characteristics of posteromedial distal tibia were measured.

通过对40例健康成人活体胫骨进行螺旋CT扫描并重建三维图像，测量胫骨远端后内侧解剖学指标，包括在矢状面上的胫骨远端后翻角度、扭转高度，远端横断面上置钉安全区高度。

Methods:Posterior approach enlargement for sacral nerve canala newsurgical procedure to Denis II sacral fracture was used in 11 cases. The blood vessels, sacral nerve of presacral region and piriformis were observed and measured on 26 adult cadaveric specimens.

11例患者行自行设计的&后路骶神经管扩大减压术&，对26具(52侧)成人尸体标本进行骶前孔区血管、神经走行特点的观察，对具有临床意义的数据进行解剖学测量。

Objective: To provide anatomic data for management of pterygopalatine fossa lesions via endoscopic transnasal approach.

目的：为鼻内镜下行翼腭窝区手术防止伤及窝内结构提供解剖学资料。

Objective To provide detailed anatomical data of pterygopalatine fossa region for the surgery by measuring the relevant channels and porous dehiscence of PPF.

方法选用成年尸体头颈部20例制成连续横断面，观察翼腭间隙及其结构的解剖学关系，利用游标卡尺及求积仪分别测量其长径、宽径和面积。

Results: The pterygopalatine fossa and its communications mainly displayed narrow and deformed in cases of fibrous dysplasia, the imaging anatomic characteristic were clearly and directly demonstrated in MSCT scanning images, MPR and CPR images.

结果：骨纤维异常增殖症对翼腭窝及其通道的影响主要表现为狭窄、变形，其影像解剖学变化特征在MSCT轴位扫描图像、MPR及CPR图像中得到全面、清晰、立体直观的显示。
