Objective We investigate the applied anatomy which is related to transplantation of the lateral crural flap with the cutaneous branch, to provide anatomical basis for design and practice of the operation.

目的 研究小腿外侧皮支皮瓣移植有关的应用解剖学，以便为手术的设计和操作提供解剖学依据。

IRHV was demonstrated in 153/270(56.7%), CHV was demonstrated in 68/270(25.2%). Conclusions Portal and hepatic vein can be displayed accurately by 3D 64-MSCT angiography , which could measure diameter or other information about the veins at any cross-section. Meanwhile, more anatomic information could be provided for hepatic segments resection and liver transplantation directively. Portal and hepatic vein diseases could be diagnosed by 3D 64-MSCTA accurately and directly also.

肝脏门静脉及肝静脉的多层螺旋CT血管成像能准确、立体地显示大血管的空间位置关系，在不同的切面上准确测量血管的直径或其他的解剖学数据，为临床提供大量有用的解剖学信息，对确定肝脏病灶的叶段切除和肝移植的手术方式具有指导价值，同时还能直观、准确地诊断肝脏门静脉及肝静脉的病变。

The FCL graft passes along its native course between these 2 attachment sites, medial to both the superficial layer of the iliotibial band and the lateral aponeurosis of the long head of the biceps femoris.35 We chose to study an anatomic FCL reconstruction because previous studies have reported that anatomic ligament reconstructions more closely approximate normal knee biomechanics.

Methods: To observe vidian canal important anatomic landmarks and the neurovascular structures via transnasal endoscopic approach in ten fresh cadaveric heads. Results:(1)The vidian canal is located the posterior wall of pterygopalatine fossa medially and the inferolateral wall of the sphenoid sinus.

对10具新鲜尸头鼻内镜下鼻腔外侧壁入路对翼管区域进行解剖学观测，观测翼管区域恒定的解剖学标志及穿经血管神经结构。

Objective To investigate the applied anatomic data of the infrarenal abdominal aorta of adult corpse anatomy and imageology.To explore the length and diameter of the infrarenal abdominal aorta and the relation between the body height and the length of the infrarenal abdominal aorta, supplemen the domestic data of abdominal aortic anatomy and provide the evidence to direct the treatment of abdominal aortic disease.

目的通过收集成人尸体标本和螺旋增强CT影像学腹主动脉资料对肾动脉下腹主动脉至双侧股动脉进行应用解剖学研究，了解肾动脉下腹主动脉、双侧髂总动脉、股动脉的长度和直径的解剖学资料，以及肾动脉下腹主动脉至股动脉分叉部长度与身高的关系，为补充腹主动脉体质资料和指导腹主动脉疾病的治疗提供依据。

Objective:To provide detailed anatomical data of the theory and practice for endoscopic surgery in the PPF by studying the related applied anatomy of PPF through the lateral wall of the nasal cavity approach of endoscopic middle meatal transpalatine approach、middle meatal transantral approach and inferior turbinectomy transantral approach respectively.

Objective: To provide the anatomical basis for the reparing of axillary nerve and musculocutaneous nerve with brachial triceps branches of radial nerve.

Objective: To provide anatomic data for treating tumors in the posterior and middle tentorial incisural space through comparing anatomic features of the median and paramedian infratentorial-supracerebellar approaches. Methods: 10 formalin-fixed cadaveric specimens were dissected in steps by using the standard median and paramedian infratentorial-supracerebellar approaches under operating microscope respectively.

目的：通过正中和旁正中幕下小脑上入路的解剖学比较研究，为手术治疗小脑幕中和后切迹间隙的肿瘤提供解剖学基础方法：取10例福尔马林固定的尸头标本在手术显微镜下分别模拟正中和旁正中幕下小脑上入路进行逐步解剖，观察和比较不同手术入路所暴露的视野范围，描述重要解剖结构之间的关系。
