objective to analyze the combined therapy and effect of mycotic keratitis.methods 46 cases who were diagnosed with mycotic keratitis from january,2006 to august,2008 in our hospital were diagnosed by corneal scraping test under microscope.to observe the curative effect of combined therapy.results all cases accreted with some extent cloudy nebula.

目的 分析真菌性角膜炎的综合治疗方法和效果。方法对2006年1月至2008年8月在我院治疗的真菌性角膜炎46例采用角膜刮片镜检进行诊断，运用综合方法治疗，观察治疗效果。

The eyes were followed up and enucleated for histopathologic inspection 30 minutes, 2 weeks, 1, 2 and 5 months postoperatively. Results: The adjacent thermal damage in the first group were much wider than that in the second group.

术后定期进行肉眼及裂隙灯显微镜检查，两组兔子于E：YAG激光照射后30分钟，2周，1个月，2个月和5个月处死，取角膜标本进行光镜，扫描电镜和透射电镜检查。
