角膜镜

Purpose: To investigate the influence of retinal photocoagulation with an indirect ophthalmoscopy contact lens on corneal endothelial cells.Methods: Seventeen eyes of 17 patients were evaluated, and corneal endothelial cells were measured twice: just before retinal photocoagulation using an indirect ophthalmoscopy contact lens and 33.2 ± 10.2 days after surgery.

为研究采用间接检眼镜接触镜进行视网膜激光光凝对角膜内皮细胞的影响，对17例患者的17眼进行检测并对角膜内皮细胞检测两次：视网膜激光光凝术前和术后33.2±10.2天检测。

Results: A statistically significant reduction was found in corneal endothelial cell numbers before versus after surgery ( P=0.0003).Conclusion: Our results show corneal endothelial cells to be decreased by retinal photocoagulation with an indirect ophthalmoscopy contact lens.

结果显示：术前与术后角膜内皮细胞数目比较有明显的差异，提示采用间接检眼镜接触镜进行视网膜激光光凝使角膜内皮细胞减少。

The mean spherical equivalent (n = 1,232) was -2.2 +/- 1.6 diopters, axial length (n = 643) was 23.7 +/- 1.1 mm, corneal hysteresis (n = 1,153) was 10.7 +/- 1.6 mm Hg, IOP (n = 1,153) was 17.0 +/- 3.4 mm Hg, and CCT (n = 1,226) was 553 +/- 33 microns.

平均等效球镜（1232人）为-2.2 +/- 1.6度，眼轴长度（643人）为23.7 +/- 1.1毫米，角膜滞后（1153人）为 10.7 +/- 1.6毫米汞柱，眼内压（1153人）为17.0 +/- 3.4毫米汞柱，中央角膜厚度（1126人）为553 +/- 33微米。

Result The epithelium was thinner 54.3±8.44μm in the contact lens group than for the control group, and the density of basal epithelium was cells was lower too(3705.00±447.62/mm^2), and an increased number of microdot opacities in the contact lens group compared to the control group as apparent (P.05), more Langhans cells in the contact lens group is dendriform.

结果 1。佩戴角膜软性接触镜组与对照组相比，基底上皮细胞密度减少，为3705.00±447.62个／平方公厘(P.05)，角膜上皮层厚度变薄，为54.3±8.44μm(P.05)，并有部分剥脱。2。
