角膜切除术

Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of limbos epithelial stem cell autografting for treatment of pterygium.

目的 探讨翼状胬肉切除加自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。

Methods Auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MitomycinC (0.02%MMC) after excision were performed in 48 patient (51eyes)with pterygium. The recurrency rate was observed over a 6-18 months follow-up period.

对48例51只眼翼状胬肉患者，行翼状胬肉切除，同时术中应用0.02%MMC联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植，术后随访胬肉复发情况。

Methods 21 eyes of 14 patients with TAO, who transseptal excision of extraconal and intraconal fat were done through conjunctive or eyelid blepharoplasty approach, combined with lengthening of the levator muscle.

14例（21眼）经眼睑和结膜切口入路，切除肌肉圆锥内、外的脂肪联合提上睑肌延长术，达到降低眶压、减少眼球突出度和角膜暴露，改善容貌的目的。
