AIM: To study the changes of corneal endothelial cells after viscocanalotomy or trabeculectomy and explore its clinical significance.

Methods In the ten traumatic endophthalmitis suffered (11 eyes) wax bacillus, 7 eyes were received evisceration because corneas completely dropsical, soluble, necrotic, and 4 eyes were cured by vitrectomy immediately after diagnosis.

AIM: To discuss the penetrating trabeculectomy procedures for glaucoma using a sclerocorneal tunnel.

目的：讨论经角膜巩膜隧道所行的穿透性小梁切除术治疗青光眼。

METHODS: Recent studies of different authors reported on five surgical variations of the sclerocorneal tunnel approach without radial incisions.

最近有学者报道了五种不同类型的经角膜巩膜隧道小梁切除术，术中不需行放射状巩膜切开。

RESULTS: Six of 12 cases had recurrent pterygium and symblepharon, meanwhile, 2 out of 20 cases had recurrent pterygium and symblepharon.

结果：接受翼状胬肉切除+丝裂霉素+睑球粘连分离术的12例患者中，术后6例翼状胬肉、睑球粘连复发；接受翼状胬肉切除+睑球粘连分离+角膜缘干细胞移植+羊膜移植术的20例患者中，术后2例患者翼状胬肉、睑球粘连复发。

The patients who receives pterygium resection+symblepharon dissection+limbal stem cell transplant ation+amino membrane transplantation have lower recurrent rate and less post-operative symptoms of stimulation. This surgery is an effective method in coping with recurrent pterygium with symblepharon.

Methods Using the corneal topography analysis system, changes in topographic parameters and best corrected visual acuity were analyzed before surgery and 3 months after the surgical removal of pterygia in 56 eyes.
