METHODS: Totally 337 myopia patients (674 eyes) were measured for pupile diameter under scotopic condition using NIDEK auto refractometer (model AR710A). They were divided into 2 groups according to sex, and another 3 groups according to the degree of myopic.

选择来我院接受准分子激光角膜屈光手术的近视患者337例(674眼)，使用NIDEK全自动电脑验光仪(model AR710A)测量其暗适应下瞳孔的直径，分别按性别和屈光度分组，分析对比是否有统计学差异。

METHODS According to In-ternational Society for Clinical Visual Electrophysiology's standard program,we recorded the scotopic electroretino-graph,oscillatory potentials,photopic electroretinographand30Hz flicker response in diabetic rats for2weeks,by using REPIport system,Ag-AgCl corneal contact electrode and stainless steel needle elec┐trode.

Methods PCR was used to detect herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)DNA in 33 eyes with active HSK,5 eyes with serpiginous corneal ulcer and 5 eyes with keratitis with unknown cause.
