This thesis takes the H corporation's central procurement department as a case study to discuss the essential considerations of the procumbent methods and process as well as how this H corporations, congealment , it's industry sectors and its uniqueness, it's procurement process and strategy, and the approach using the IT software's in making the procurement decisions, hoping from this research will provide helpful contributions to other companies and organizations.
