Main HPV7(9/18) positive samples\' pathology manifestations matched the characteristics for HPV7 infection,which showed papillomatosis and acanthosis,deep-stained cells including keratohyalin granules in middle size,and obvious hyperkeratosis and parakertosis.

HPV7阳性(18份)的病理象特征：(1)乳头瘤样增生和棘层肥厚；(2)内含中等大小的透明角质颗粒的细胞深染；(3)显著的角化过度和角化不全。

We present a patient with multiple seborrheic keratosis-like lesions on the trunk with characteristic pathologic findings, which is first reported in Taiwan. The histology showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, and papillomatosis accompanied with acantholysis in the superficial epidermis.

我们报告一个病人在躯干有多个类似脂漏性角化症病灶，病理显示角化过度、棘层肥厚、有乳突瘤状增生以及上层表皮有棘层松解，与国外文献报告雷同，然而首次报告於台湾落叶性天庖疮病人。

Results: the numeber of AGNOR positire pellets of parakeratosis OKC is evident more than that of orthokeratosis OKC condusion PCNA can rdelect the peroliferating activity of cell very well.

结果发现在不全角化OKC中AgNOR阳性颗粒数明显多于正角化者，PCNA能较好地反映细胞增殖活性。
