The members of the same genus and family were grouped together. The polyogenetic relationships of 8 families were Pyrgomorphidae →Chrotogonidae→Pamphagidae→Oedipodidae→Acrididae→Arcypteridae→Gomphoceridae→Cantantopidae.Pygomorphidae had closer relationships with Chrotogonidae as well as being the most ancestral group. Arcypteridae and Gomphoceridae were the sister groups and had closer relationships with most evolutionary Catantopidae. Tridactylidae was divided firstly as a suborder,which differs from the recent taxonomy distinctly. It was known that ORF of SeMNPV egt was 1572bp long and encodes 523 amino acids through DNAstar software analysis. TATA boxes lies at 48~53 and 68~72bp of the 5'-nonencoding region upstream of a translational start site. Comparing with seven kinds of nuclear polyhedrosis virus and one kind of granulosis virus, it indicated that the SeMNPV egt gene is the highest match the Agrotis setegum nuclear polyhedrosis virus.It has 75% nucleotides and 79% amino acid identity.

采用DNAstar软件分析，与7种核多角体病毒及1种颗粒体病毒egt基因的同源性比较显示，SeMNPV egt基因与核多角体病毒egt序列同源性较高，其中与黄地老虎核型多角体病毒同源性最高，核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为75%和79%。

Both polyhedrin and virion could increase mortality of H. armigera larvae, shorten half mortality time and decrease half mortality concentration.

对黄地老虎核型多角体病毒的多角体蛋白和病毒粒子组分进行分离纯化，分别与棉铃虫核型多角体病毒混合感染三龄棉铃虫幼虫，发现此二种组分均能够提高棉铃虫幼虫的死亡率，缩短半致死时间，降低半致死浓度。

羽毛角蛋白凝胶电泳是在生物大分子的层次上，对6种百灵鸟的正羽羽片、绒羽和正羽羽茎角蛋白进行SDS-PAGE，聚类分析表明：云雀和蒙古百灵的亲缘关系较近；角百灵与短趾百灵亲缘关系最近，与亚洲短趾百灵的亲缘关系次之；而凤头百灵与这五种百灵的亲缘关系均较远。

The relationship of six species from Alaudidae (Alauda arvensis Melanocorypha mongolica Calandrella cinerea Calandrella cheleensis Eremophila alpestris Galerida cristata) distributed in Inner Mongolia were studied from three aspects: Mostly in feather keratins, chromosomal karyotype and morphology adding.The contour feather vance, down feather and shaft of six Larks were studied by means of SDS-PAGE of feather keratins.

本文在羽毛角蛋白、染色体核型及形态学三个层次上，以羽毛角蛋白凝胶电泳分析为主，以染色体核型分析和形态学分析为参考，对分布于内蒙古地区的百灵科Alaudidae的6种百灵鸟的亲缘关系进行研究，包括云雀Alauda arvensis、蒙古百灵Melanocorypha mongolica、短趾百灵Calandrella cinerea、亚洲短趾百灵Calandrella cheleensis、角百灵Eremophila alpestris、凤头百灵Galerida cristata。

RESULTS: The mild traction group showed angulus anterior individual neuron slightly engorged, neuron and nerve fiber morphous was normal essentially; individual substantia alba demyelinates in fragmentis; medullary sheath and auxiliary fibers of nerve root were hydropsia slightly without conspicuous myelinolysis. The moderate traction group demonstrated myelinolysis change in the spinal cord, and neurofibras lined up chaos, auxiliary fibers disaggregated, neuron dropsy, tigroid body disappeared with karyopycnosis and anachromasis in neurons; nerve root showed myelinolysis. The severe traction group displayed a great demyelination region; anterior motor neurons with karyopycnosis and anachromasis; myelinated nerve fiber of nerve root shrinked, decreased in number, with severe demyelination changes.

结果：轻度牵拉组牵拉侧前角个别神经元稍肿胀，神经元及神经纤维形态基本上正常，个别白质小片状脱髓鞘样改变，神经根髓鞘和轴索轻度水肿，脱髓鞘不明显；中度牵拉组白质有脱髓鞘改变，神经纤维排列紊乱，轴索崩解、断裂；灰质神经元水肿明显加重，前角运动神经原细胞尼氏体消失，核固缩、深染，神经根髓鞘和轴索水肿，局部轻度脱髓鞘改变；重度牵拉组牵拉侧白质为不规则的大片脱髓鞘区，前角运动神经元胞体固缩、变形、核深染，神经根有髓神经纤维萎缩、数目减少，重度脱髓鞘改变。
