In the soft tissue measurements, the value of soft tissue facial angle and B'-Pos-FH in the first extraction group was less than those in the second extraction group significantly. After treatment all the patients had an increase in S-Ns-Pos angle, soft tissue facial angle, B'-Pos-FH and depth of mentolabial groove. At the same time, soft tissue convexity angle was diminished obviously. But the change was not significant between the two premolar extraction groups.

There are significant differences in lower lip angle of inclination , mentolabial sulcus angle , upper lower lip angle , H angle.

The Paleoproterozoic Beidahe Group-complex remains as continental shivers in the interior of the North Qilian orogen. In its early stage of development, there occurred abundant amphibolite. The protolith of the amphibolite is basalts. The Alk-∑FeO-MgO plot, REE features and Rittmann index show that the protolith belongs to the calc-alkaline suite and exceptionally shows the subalkaline character. The rock is characterized by higher Al2O3 and ∑FeO and lower Mg#, indicating that it has a higher degree of compositional evolution and that the formation of volcanic rocks is related to activation of older crust. Highly fractionated REE patterns and amphibolite on the Ti-Zr-Y plot, Ni-FeO/MgO plot and Ta/Yb-Th/Yb plot all indicate the characteristics of volcanic arcs and active continental margins. On the geochemical diagram of basalt, the overall REE features are in the main analogous to those of calc-alkaline island-arc basalt, with Sr87/Sr86=0.71617–0.72033,Nd143/Nd144=0.512414–0.512495 and εNd=–2.79 to –4.37,εSr=245.78–305.3, showing that the magma was derived from the crust or subjected to contamination with the lower crust below the continent.

提要：以大陆碎块形式残存于北祁连造山带内部的古元古代北大河岩群早期发育有大量的斜长角闪岩，其原岩为玄武岩，Alk—∑FeO—MgO图解，REE特征，里特曼组合指数等均显示斜长角闪岩属钙碱性系列范围，个别显示弱碱性，斜长角闪岩具有较高的Al2O3，∑FeO和低的Mg#，这些特点反映其成分演化程度较高，表明火山岩的形成与古老地壳的活化有关，有较强分异的稀土元素分配模式，在Ti—Zr—Y图，Ni—FeO/MgO图解和Ta/Yb—Th/Yb图解上斜长角闪岩均显示火山弧或活动大陆边缘的特点，在玄武岩的地球化学形式图，稀土元素整体特征与钙碱性岛弧玄武岩基本相同；87Sr/86Sr=0.716 17～0.720 33， 143Nd/144Nd=0.512 414～0.512 495，εNd=-2.79～-4.37。

The results showed:(1) The histological changes of KC were in fact a wound-repair process;(2) The increased melanin in KC coordinated with "multi-overlapping screen" effect, a result of multiple layers of "supranuclear cap", was the direct cause of hyperpigmentation of the graft and (3) The hydrolytic disturbance of melanin in KC and the longer life span of the KC were probably the important reasons for the increase of melanin in the epidermis.

结果表明，角朊细胞的组织学改变实际上是一个损伤后修复的过程；角朊细胞内黑色素含量增加及出现的多层次的&核上帽&状分布而形成的&多重帘幕&效应，是皮片过度色素化的直接原因；黑色素在角朊细胞内的降解障碍及角朊细胞更新周期延长可能是表皮内黑色素含量增多的重要原因。

The main results in this paper as follows: First, a prototype of a shape-based image database retrieval system is completed, it can receive the query mode both by giving an example image and by sketching the desired object on the screen, Second, five shape-based image retrieval methods are realized; Third, an algorithm based on triangulation for shape-based image retrieval is brought forward. In this algorithm, firstly, the edge of the original image is followed and the candidate corners in the original image are detected. Then the counterpoints of the candidate corners in the result of edge follow are found, and the boundary corners whose counterpoints have been found are queued in the order of their counterpoints in edge follow. After these steps, the boundary corners are triangulated and triangles are obtained which can show the true shape of the original image. Finally, shape feature is obtained by calculating the angle histogram of the triangles.

同时本文中主要完成了以下三方面的工作：完成了一个基于形状特征的图象检索的原型系统，可实现例子图象或徒手绘草图两种查询方式；实现了五种利用形状特征进行图象检索的具体方法，并对其进行了分析比较；并且在继承将三角剖分引入形状检索的思想基础上提出了利用三角剖分进行形状检索的一种新算法：先对原图象进行边界跟踪和角点检测；然后寻找初始角点在边界跟踪中的对应点，并对找到对应点的角点按其对应点在边界跟踪中的顺序进行排序；再对排序后的角点进行德洛内三角剖分，得到能表示目标真实形状的三角形序列；最后计算三角形序列的角度直方图作为形状特征，并进行相似性匹配。

Furthermore, the performance of half right circular corner filleted flexure hinge was analyzed, including the effect of its geometric parameters on its performance. Compared with symmetrical right circular corner filleted flexure hinge, the compliance and sensitivity to the load of half right circular corner filleted flexure hinge were better than those of symmetric right circular corner filleted flexure hinge. The above results provide a new idea for the applications of flexure hinge, which is used in compact structure and structure with large displacement.

同时对单边直圆导角复合柔性铰链的性能进行分析，分析了结构参数对其柔度性能的影响，通过与双边直圆导角复合柔性铰链比较，得出了单边直圆导角复合柔性铰链的转动能力、对载荷的敏感性均优于双边直圆导角复合柔性铰链，为柔性铰链在结构紧凑、大位移场合的工程应用提供了新的思路。

RESULTS The positive rate of P-gp170expression in cervi-cal cancer pre-radiotherapy was58%（22/38）.Among them,the positive expression rates were10/18（56%）,6/10,4/6and2/4in keratinizing,nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carci-noma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.The positive rate of post-radiotherapy was90%（34/38）and among them,the positive expression rates were16/18（89%）,8/10,6/6and4/4in keratinizing,nonkera-tinizing squamous-cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.

结果 宫颈癌组织P-gp170阳性表达在放疗前为58%（22/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为10/18（56%），6/10，4/6，2/4例；放疗后其P-gp170阳性表达为90%（34/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为16/18（89%），8/10，6/6，4/4例，P-gp170表达阳性强度较放疗前亦呈增高趋势。

In different conditions on fluidized state and stability of conical fluidized bed. The conlusions are: the conical angel of the conical fluidized bed is 20°, the fluidized state havesmall difference in conical distributor and distributor plate. The angle of conical bed increase,the fluidized state will have big difference. The angle is 60°and the conical as distributor, themass of fluidized is less, the most of material is the bottom of conical bed. The effect ofdistributor plate is much better than the conical distributor. Sawdust and rice hull can fluidize.The annular gap of conical distributor different, the angle of conical bed is same, the fluidizedquality of 10mm annular gap is better than the other conical distributors. The annular gap ismore wide, the conical bed have more slugging phenomenon and the pressure fluctuate is turnbig.In the experiment the flow of 2％and 4％distributor plates don\'t easy to control, becausethe pressure is very big and the pressure fluctuate of conical bed is too big.

在不同的条件下对锥形床的流化状态和稳定性进行了研究，结果得出：锥形床的锥角为20度时，分布锥和分布板的流化状态相差不明显，随着锥形床锥角的增大，分布锥和分布板的流化现象会出现明显的变化，锥形床锥角越大，分布锥的流化状态变化越明显，流化的的物料越少，大量物料都聚集在锥形床底部，而分布板在加料量少的情况下，能流化起来。10mm、15mm和20mm环隙分布锥在锥形床锥角相同条件下，10mm环隙分布锥的流化质量要好于其它两个分布锥，环隙越大越容易出现腾涌现象的产生，压降波动范围增大。2％、4％和6％开孔率分布板在本实验测定时，2％和4％开孔率分布板的流量不容易调节，同时产生的压降波动范围也很大，比较来说，6％开孔率分布板流化质量好些。

Variance and correlation of the data was analyzed with SPSS software. It was found that height, width, and thickness are main factors influencing paper angle bead compressive strength; moreover there are linear relations between the height, the width, and the thickness of paper angle bead and the compressive strength, and the error of equation is ±3%.

通过SPSS软件对数据进行方差及相关性分析，确定了纸护角的高度、宽度、厚度是影响纸护角抗压性能的主要因素，并且高度、宽度、厚度值与纸护角抗压强度之间呈线性相关；最后利用SPSS的线性回归分析，得到纸护角的抗压性能与高度、宽度、厚度之间的线性回归方程，对方程进行验证，其误差为±3%。
