Methods(1)4 cities were chosen randomly according to their economic status and geographical location.(2)An autorefractor was used to detect the diopter in the preschool children from 20 kindergartens randomly selected from each of the 4 cities.(3)1%atropine ointment was applied to the c onjunctival sac of the children with suspect myopia for 3 days and the refractio n of light in their retina was then examined by a barred beam skiascope.(4)The eye axis and corneal curvature of the myopic children were measured.(5)The diop ter,eye axis,and corneal curvature were examined every 6 months during 1-year f ollow-up after the diopter was properly rectified.

(1)依经济状况和地理位置按随机原则抽取4市县；(2)从4市县中各随机选择20间幼儿园，对所抽取的在园学龄前儿童用自动屈光仪进行屈光筛查；(3)可疑近视患者予以1%阿托品眼膏涂双眼3d，由专人用带状检影镜进行视网膜检影验光；(4)确诊为近视的患者自愿进行角膜曲率和眼轴测量；(5)近视患者经适当的屈光矫正后，按要求进行为期1年的前瞻性随访，每半年进行1次屈光状态、角膜曲率和眼轴的检测。

The operative area was examined with light microscope, electronic microscope, and the proliferating cell nuclear antigenwas detected. Results In CsA group, intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that in NS group(P＜0.05), and more functional filtering blebs were observed. Less fibroplasia and proliferative cells, less bioblast and less active caryotin in fibrocyte were found in CsA group than that in NS group. No serious mcomplicaton was found in both group.

结果 环孢霉素A组眼压控制多较理想，与对照组间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，大多数形成功能性滤过泡，光镜下见极少量纤维组织增生，电镜下见纤维细胞线粒体少，染色质功能不活跃，增殖细胞阳性率低，与对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且没有浅前房、视网膜损害等严重并发症。

At 1st, 7th,14th,and 30th day after surgery, filtering blebs, intraocular pressure, cornea and ocular fundus were observed.the operative area was examined with light microscope, electronic microscope, and the proliferating cell nuclear antigenwas detected. results in csa group, intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that in ns group(p＜0.05), and more functional filtering blebs were observed. less fibroplasia and proliferative cells, less bioblast and less active caryotin in fibrocyte were found in csa group than that in ns group. no serious mcomplicaton was found in both group.

结果 环孢霉素a组眼压控制多较理想，与对照组间的差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，大多数形成功能性滤过泡，光镜下见极少量纤维组织增生，电镜下见纤维细胞线粒体少，染色质功能不活跃，增殖细胞阳性率低，与对照组差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，且没有浅前房、视网膜损害等严重并发症。

RESULTS: One case with epiretinal membrane of macula,4 cases with eye fundus arterioscleresis,3 cases with diabetic retinopathy,1 case with retinitis pigmentosa,3 cases with choroidal atrophy,2 cases with macula degeneration,2 cases with branch retinal vein occlusion,1 case with periphlebitis were found in the glaucoma patients by panoramic 200,the disease rate: 13.6%;All diseases were confirmed by indirective ophthalmoscope.

结果：欧堡全景200激光扫描检眼镜检查发现黄斑视网膜前膜1例，明显眼底动脉硬化4例，糖尿病视网膜病变3例，色素变性1例，脉络膜萎缩3例，黄斑变性2例，分支静脉栓塞2例，静脉周围炎1例，青光眼眼底疾病检出率为13.6%；术后散瞳间接眼底镜检查均得到证实。
