Objective To investigate the dynamic expression of insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor in the posterior retina, refractive error and eye axial length after intravitreous injection of IGF-1R antisense oligonucleotides; to study the role of IGF-1R in the development of form-deprivation myopia in the guinea pig. Methods Sixty-four 3-week-old guinea pigs were included in the study.

目的 观察豚鼠形觉剥夺性近视眼后极部视网膜胰岛素样生长因子1受体(insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor， IGF-1R)基因表达水平的动态变化，以及IGF-1R反义寡核苷酸玻璃体腔注射对形觉剥夺性近视眼屈光度及眼轴长度的影响，探讨视网膜IGF-1R在实验性近视眼发病中的作用。

The failure detected by UBM may be due to:①severe choroidal detachment;②posterior segment RD;③a narrow palpebral fissure that hampered enough exposure to examine the ora serrata and the part of the eye ball posterior to it.

不能发现视网膜脱离的原因有：①严重脉络膜脱离；②后极部视网膜脱离；③睑裂过小，难于暴露到眼球的锯齿缘及其后方的部分。

AIM: To analyze the changes of phospho ERK1/2 in retinal Müller cells by using an intravitreal glutamate insult and to explore the neuroprotection role of activated ERK1/2 against glutamate cytotoxicity in retina.
