Results Absolute scotoma appeared in 7 eyes and relative scotoma in 6 eyes before TTT. Among the 6 eyes with relative scotoma, the visual acuity was improved over 2 lines in 4 eyes after TTT, descended 1 line in I eye and unchanged in 1 eye. The light sensitivity of the irradiated retina was increased in 5 eyes and decreased in 1 eye.

治疗后与治疗前相比较，6眼TTT前检出相对暗点的患眼中，治疗后视力提高者4眼，1眼视力下降，1眼视力无明显变化；6眼中5眼TTT治疗后激光照射处视网膜的光敏度提高，1眼降低。

Results Apart from100%of delineating of the four rectus muscles,optic nerve and lacrinal gland,CT was able to depict not only about50%of oblique muscle,superior ophthalmic vein,ophthalmic artery and the trochlea,but also musculotendinous ring,aterior ethˉmoidal artery,posterior ethmoidal artery,medial and lateral long posterior ciliar artery,central retinal artery,inferior ophˉthalmic vein,supraorbital nerve,lacrimal sac,nasolacimal duct etc.

结果 眼眶水平CT断层扫描除对4条直肌、视神经、泪腺100%显示外，上斜肌、眼上静脉、眼动脉、滑车的显示率在近半数。另外，肌腱环、筛前筛后动脉、内外侧睫状后长动脉、视网膜中央动脉、眼下静脉、肌支动脉、眶上神经、泪囊、鼻泪管等也可显示。

Methods Postoperatively, 1 294 eyes of 1 262 patients with rhegmatogenous RD including 243 emmetropic and 1 031 myopic eyes were retrospectively studied. The affects of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, posterior vitreous detachment, vitreous liquefaction and concentration on the surgical prognosis were evaluated.

回顾1996年1月至1997年7月在我院行手术治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离患者1 262例（1 294只眼），其中近视眼RD组1 031只眼，正视眼RD组243只眼，并研究增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitreoretinopathy，PVR）的分级及玻璃体后脱离(posterior vitreous detachment，PVD)、液化、浓缩等对手术预后的影响。

目的 观察豚鼠形觉剥夺性近视眼后极部视网膜胰岛素样生长因子1受体(insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor， IGF-1R)基因表达水平的动态变化，以及IGF-1R反义寡核苷酸玻璃体腔注射对形觉剥夺性近视眼屈光度及眼轴长度的影响，探讨视网膜IGF-1R在实验性近视眼发病中的作用。

Results the nipple surface blood was from central retinal artery,sieve plate former district,sieve plate district and postzone were from short posterior ciliary arteries.sieve plate postzone caliber was the thickest,the surface was the next,sieve plate prezone and sieve plate district were the smallest.conclusion the difference of blood capillary caliber in nipple prompts ischemic lesions occur easily in sieve plate prezone and sieve plate district.

结果 视乳头的血供除表层来自视网膜中央动脉外，其余筛板前区、筛板区和筛板后区主要来自睫状后短动脉。筛板后区口径最粗（7.3±1.4）μm，表层次之（6.2±1.3）μm，筛板前区及筛板区最细（4.9±0.7）μm，（5.0±0.8）μm。结论视乳头各层毛细血管口径不同，提示筛板前区及筛板区容易发生缺血性病变。

第三章 视网膜色素变性小鼠的基因治疗及其机制目的：在体外实验证明AAV载体可以高效安全转染IPE细胞并且可以表达具有生物活性的bFGF的基础上，应用AAV载体携带bFGF基因以先体外，后体内法和体内法两种方式进行视网膜色素变性鼠(retinal degemeration slow，rds)的基因治疗，在分子生物学、形态学和功能学上进行基因治疗的初步观察方法：在rds鼠出生的当天取眼球，采用酶辅助的显微分离方法分离培养IPE细胞。

The expressions of thedifferentially expressed genes (gamma-A-crystallin and neural tropomodulin) werefurther analyzed in the retinae of rds, rd and C3B mice using real-time quantitativeRT-PCR assay. Based on the sequence of ESTs from the differential display, thefull-length genes were amplified using the RACE method.

实验方法：以生后第12天、第25天和第37天为研究时段，应用mRNA差异显示与cDNA表达阵列等方法分析rds小鼠发病过程中视网膜差别表达的基因，然后用Northern blotting和实时荧光定量PCR等方法，分析差别基因在rds小鼠和rd小鼠视网膜的表达，所分析的时间为小鼠整个生命周期。
